• Our fees for generic Domiciliary Care and support commences at £18.47 and subject to inflation, annual budget rise to react to employment wage changes. The fee can sometimes increase based on the complexity of the clients needs given the need to provide more specialist and expertly trained staff to meet whichever need is presented to the agency. We have a separate pricing structure for people in receipt of Direct Payments and the commissioning of this, is uniquely negotiated by the participating Local Authority and Health Authority.
