The staff that visit my mother are fantastic; So friendly whilst remaining professional. Mum was anxious at first, but they reassured her continuously and she now looks forward to their visits. Nothing is too much trouble and the office staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Zander
Mackenzie, they have made the process so easy and comfortable.

Zander Mackenzie Care provided a first class service for my mother who sadly recently passed away. The carers were excellent, very professional and mum looked forward to their visits. They took good care of mum and I am very grateful for everything they did. I would not hesitate in recommending them
to anyone.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care my mother received from Zander Mackenzie Care. From the very first interaction, the team showed professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to providing assistance in whatever way they can for my Mother. I can't thank them enough

I cannot fault the service from Zander Mackenzie. From the first call, they came across as very professional & caring. The care is for my grandma and they assessed her very quickly at home and set up a great care plan. My grandma's main carers have been excellent in making my grandma comfortable and
looking after her in a dignified way.
I would recommend Zander McKenzie to anyone.

Zander Mackenzie have gone above and beyond to get the care for my mum sorted out at very short notice having been very let down by her previous care company.
From my initial contact I felt mum's care would in safe hands with professional people who genuinely care!

Since using Zander Mackenzie, my wife has improved a great deal, especially in taking regular medication and is eating a lot more and different things. The staff are wonderful and caring, especially four members of staff, in particular, they are my wife's favourites. I could not recommend this team
of carers anymore as they are wonderful and caring, along with the office staff, who all go out of their way to help. Thank you to all the staff of this care company.

Ace team, smashing it, for the care of your loved ones! Hats off to Zander MacKenzie, who have bent over backwards to facilitate our ever changing needs and ensure that Mum is cared for. We have been from home to hospital, to hospice, home and care home and back home, and they pull out all the stops
to work with us and to provide care in our ever changing schedule. When they arrive, they have a smile, ensure all medication is listed and present, make lunch, retain Mum’s dignity, stay over occasionally and ensure Mum has everything she needs and if they’re worried about Mum, they give us a call. What more could you ask! Well done to all the team. If you need someone to care for your loved one, look no further! Thank you.

The care my husband receives is excellent. He feels safe when they hoist him in and out of bed. I would appreciate notice if the carers are going be early or late getting to see them, more if they are going to be late.

Firstly, I must thank Zander MacKenzie Care, for their help with my daughter. She had no care in place when her previous care provider could not provide enough staff. The manager and his team stepped in immediately. The staff are very well trained in all aspects of care and attention. My daughter said
not once did the girls pull or hurt her in any way, which is difficult with her health condition, You and your staff will never be forgotten. I, myself, cannot thank the manager enough and look forward to meeting when I am in the area.

My mother has been a client since January and we are delighted with the care she receives. The ladies who visit her are friendly, efficient and kind and always make her laugh. I do not live locally, but the supervisor has kept me informed of any concerns or issues they have had and often resolves them
on my behalf which is a huge help.

I highly recommend this care agency. They are polite, friendly and very helpful. I see the same team of people on a daily basis and have got to know and trust them. They go above and beyond to not only me but also my wife, ensuring she is ok and coping well. They are very knowledgeable and in all aspects
of care and if they have any concerns they will advise me to contact my doctor's surgery for further advice. Trust is so important to me and I do trust all the carers from Zander Mckenzie who enter my home.

I am extremely happy with the care given to my husband. We have experienced previous care providers who promise the world but do not deliver. Zander Mackenzie Care have stepped in and cannot fault them. They genuinely care and always arrive on time. They always ask if I am ok and if I need any help.
The communication is fantastic. My husband has Parkinson's and they understand how to support him when his health needs change. I cannot recommend them enough.

Michael Lewis

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Michael lives locally in the Ebbsfleet/Swanscombe area. He is a family man and the proud owner of our therapy dog Obi and engages in many fundraisers on our behalf.


He has been working within the care sector for over 20 years. He primarily worked with Learning Disabilities specialising in challenging behaviours. After working within residential care as a Deputy Manager in Devon, he finally returned to his home County of Kent to work in the Domiciliary Care arena.


Michael was the Training Manager of a premium franchised care agency for 4 years and the natural progression for him was to become a Care Manager.


He joined a privatised GP-led Care provider as their Registered Manager for nearly 2 years, learning along the way. Wanting to progress and take another step up in his career ladder joined Zander Mackenzie Care UK.


Within a matter of months, an outstanding care provider was set up and continues to set the standard of care delivery out in the community.


Michael works very closely with the local community and has acquired business relationships with numerous other businesses including the CO-OP and Sally Pearson’s counselling service.


Michael is passionate about the business that he leads. The ethos of Zander Mackenzie Care UK is certainly very different and it is exciting for him to be able to lead the staff team as well as deliver exceptional care to customers

Obi is a 5 year old French Bull Dog. He lives with his partner Betsy in Ebbsfleet.


He spends his private life running around the garden with his family consisting of 2 children aged 9 and 12 years old. Obi enjoys peoples company and is happiest being stroked, petted and spoilt by people who no longer have pets, or for those that would love a dog to accompany them for a short walk.


Obi brings a lot of joy to people, he is a sensitive dog, who appears to understand if people are uncomfortable, in pain or just want to play.


He is always in and out of the office spending time with customers who would like to see him. He is happy to provide this service free of charge and on a weekly basis as long as he gets a scooby snack here and there.

Teresa has a vast knowledge of all things care. She has been a caregiver for numerous years excelling in her field. She worked for a business that specialised in hospital discharges and assessing customers within their own homes, making sure they are safe and homes are adapted to suit the patient's needs. She was then headhunted by Zander Mackenzie and made the co-ordinator as she understands the ethos of having the same carers at the agreed times. This is paramount in building relationships and confidence with our customers.


Teresa lives locally in Gravesend and likes to socialise with her family where possible. She is a mum of 2 and enjoys days out being creative.


She is a fully committed individual who we are very lucky to have.


In 2022 Teresa participated in the Great British Care Wards and was named - Highly Commended Winner.
This is a fantastic achievement which she fully deserves

Victoria Brixey

Victoria oversees all initial assessments when a customer chooses to start their care journey with us. She explains the step-by-step process and creates a person-centred care plan to support their care needs. She contributes to allocating a consistent staff team at the regular time of our new customers' choosing. These care plans are explained and documented for our staff to see. Victoria is the customer's first point of call and provides constant support when required.
