I have worked in care since 2015. I started out as a healthcare assistant in the community. As a child I always dreamt of being a nurse, however, once I started to care in the community my dream changed to wanting to have my own home care organisation. A care organisation that values their staff as much as their service users.
I worked hard and continued to progress in my career taking on new job roles and working my way to a registered care manager. I learned as much as I could before opening Elizabeth’s Rose Home Care as a family-run business.
I truly believe in offering staff progression and supporting them to achieve their goals whatever they may be.
In my spare time, I enjoy having days out and spending time with family and friends.
