I would like to say that as far as this allegation is concerned, it was reviewed by both CQC and KCC and case closed without further action.
All this came about due to expectations not being managed at the beginning which then led to a relationship breakdown.
Maxi Health puts the needs of all their clients at the centre of all we do. We have very good feedback, both written and spoken, unfortunately, we are not perfect and can not please everyone
