Radfield chooses their carers very carefully. They are always bright and cheerful and a pleasure to have in the home. My husband s always happy to see them and enjoys his walks.

After my return from hospital after a fall, I felt very vulnerable and nervous. I have cerebral palsy and am unable to walk unaided. Radfield Home Care came in each day to help me and before long I was feeling much better and I now have my confidence back. They are always kind and caring and I always
look forward to their visits

Radfield Homecare Chester have been caring for Mum for more than four months now. We are very happy with the service provided, that is prompt, caring and flexible with our families needs. They are proactive when any potential issues arise with mum's needs to ensure speedy resolution before they become
an issue. Definitely recommend their services.

Amazing and so very attentive carers that frequently go above and beyond. Lovely to interact with. So far I have had the same carer, plus another when she has a day off. In my opinion the go-to for care needs. More than satisfied with quite a few months of care after my rather too frequent spells in
hospital of late.

Julie, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port before living overseas for 10 years, worked for ‘Diageo’ for 15 years as an account administrator. She also was a team leader in departmental projects and delivered training when the department migrated overseas. Julie started her own Childcare business which she ran for 4 years gaining childcare qualifications before going overseas.


Whilst working overseas Julie worked in Dubai English Speaking College as a Food and Nutrition Technician and Kitchen Manager, gaining many qualifications in food & nutrition, first aid and fire marshal.


Julie explains, “We came back to Chester, my husband’s hometown, to settle back into English life and to get involved in the community around us. We both knew that we wanted to give something back to the community we love and get involved in making people's lives better.”


“Both Kevin and I wanted to create a business that we are both passionate about and can work at together for our future.”

Kevin, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port has a wealth of knowledge across many corporate business sectors.


As a qualified quantity surveyor, Kevin has worked on many major projects around the world, with over 20 years of experience as a contracts engineer and manager, working and living in the Middle East for much of his career.
