Started using Falcon Care Preston 3 weeks ago as I needed extra help all the girls who have come have been lovely very polite and very good at their job they have been respectful and caring and I couldn't ask for more they are very punctual and you receive the full hour you have paid for. supervisors
and office staff have also been very approachable and solve any queries promptly. Highly recommend

All the carers from Falcon Care were very caring and treated my mum with dignity during her 'End of Life' care period. We received weekly rotas so that we knew who would be coming and the company met our 'female carers only' request. They also tried as far as possible to send the same carers so that
they got to know us, our mum and her needs, and we got to know them too. This helped us as a family in these difficult circumstances. We would like to thank the carers who cared for our mum so kindly and with compassion, in particular one carer who was with me when my mum passed away.

The carers are excellent, very caring and supportive to both my family and my mum. My mum is treated at all times with dignity, respect and understanding. The male carers put you at ease and deliver care in a most dignified and respectful way.
The company itself is run very professionally and is very
supportive and approachable with any concerns. They have follow up support visits to ensure all is going well. I have found having the timetable of visits, times and who will be coming very useful.
In all I would highly recommend Falcon-Care. It's at times like this when you're in a stressful position, need help, you need someone to trust to care for your loved one like you do yourself and I am so grateful I can relax and know Mum is in good caring hands.

Would not recommend this company. They have a policy of male and female carers working together when female staff only was requested. Only 3 visits were available a day which meant that the client was left for 16 hours without being turned to a different position to stop bedsores. Carers came in the
morning and said that everything was okay no bedsores. Three hours later nurses came, sacrum was broken, disgusting.

Community care teams are made up of both male and female carers who are all fully vetted and trained in ensuring dignity and respect are always upheld. If the client's preference is female carers only, as was in your friend’s case through dialogue with all parties, we implement this asap informing of our availability to do so, to allow both clients and their families/friends to make informed choices. We do also discuss with clients and fellow health professionals possible risks which may need to be further considered or explored outside of the commissioned package. I would like to further stress that the package of care your friend received by us was three one hour calls over the course of a day and that at no point was your friend left for 16 hours without care by our service. We value your feedback.

Our lives were turned upside down within days with my mum's diagnosis of terminal cancer. A care package was quickly put in place with Falcon-Care and we have been provided with a good service. The carers are caring and compassionate and listened to Mum and her concerns especially when it came to personal
care. The night sits allowed us to get the much-needed rest and when there were concerns they were dealt with efficiently.

Under difficult circumstances I sought a care team to deal with my dad due to his ill health and the decline in his wellbeing. Falcon-Care came on-board and from day one have been professional in every aspect of care provided to my dad. They have even helped my disabled mother with some aspects of cleaning
around the house.

Absolutely amazing care support for my mother who is on end-of-life care, all staff members go out their way to make sure my mother is as comfortable as can be, all staff members take care of her every need nightly and make her feel at ease, fantastic support.

We have had night sit-in carers from Falcon Care for my mum, the carers have been excellent and always on time. They go the extra mile and have given us the peace of mind that somebody is with her. The service from the supervisor and the coordinator have been great and I would recommend them to others.

Care staff, for me, are the reason I have a consistent quality to my day. They all bring something different to my day. They are all empathetic and never judgemental and they all walk this last part of my life's journey alongside me. I trust them all implicitly with every aspect of both my physical
and emotional well-being. Whatever I face on a daily basis I can rely on them to help me manage it. They encourage me throughout my visits but are there to guide me if I struggle. Without my carers, I could not do the most basic of tasks but they at all times honour my independence. In short, my carers are like a beautiful ray of sunshine that I look forward to every day. As a care company, Falcon helps facilitate and organise, support me in all of my longer bucket list activities. Blackpool Air Show last month, Manchester Museums next month, then Blackpool Zoo and The Christmas Markets in November and December.
Without their care and compassion, I could do any of these.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the care we received for my father who has recently passed away. Falcon care provided expert support during my father's final week. The Manager and his carers were absolutely amazing and a credit to your company, what a wonderful compassionate lady, who was equally
as caring and understanding in such difficult circumstances. I didn't meet the other carers but they did a fantastic job too. Much appreciation.

Timekeeping is often an issue with some of the carers. The key safe has been left open a couple of times and the bedroom hoist hasn't been put on charge.

I am the Home Care Manager here at Falcon-Care.


Falcon-Care has recently expanded its services to the Preston and South Ribble areas, allowing me the exciting opportunity to develop and grow our new Preston Branch and manage our Blackburn branch.


I have worked in the Health and Social care sector for 19 years.  My experience covers a variety of settings that include Domiciliary Care, Complex Care, Residential and Nursing Care.


I initially became interested in Health and Social care when a friend of the family worked at the senior level in a Nursing home in my village. I have always had a keen interest in helping others and I wanted to explore this further. I was offered a position as a care assistant working on an Elderly Mentally Infirm (EMI) Unit, working alongside qualified mental health nurses supporting individuals with advanced dementia. Working on the EMI unit was very challenging and distressing at times, However, I found an intense sense of job satisfaction.


It has been uphill from there, I started to explore other avenues in health and social care which allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge along with completing the required qualifications.


Over the course of my career in health and social care, I have developed the required knowledge and skills to excel in all aspects of my role. Allowing me to explore my passion for quality and compliance which has been evidently demonstrated throughout my career. Multi-site management has been key to my professional development, allowing me to develop the business and adapt agreed ways of working to encourage cultural change promoting continuous improvement throughout the organisation.


Exploring different sectors in health and social care has allowed me to keep my continuous professional development current by completing my QCF level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services qualification. My goal is to gain my Level 7 qualification and progress at Falcon-Care.


My passion is to ensure that individuals receive high-quality care that is focused on meeting their individual needs, through a holistic approach. I am a big believer that effective communication, empowerment, and supporting a team is key to success.


When I’m not working, I love to be spending time with my partner and my children. I enjoy going on country walks, family activities, reading and socialising with friends/family.


I am looking forward to my future with Falcon-Care, growing and developing a fantastic team, and providing high-quality care.

Hello! My Name is Sureya!


I am very much looking forward to working at Falcon Care as a Deputy Manager.


I have worked in the care field for 7 years. I started off my career as a carer working in a care home and worked my way up to a senior. I then became a field care supervisor in domiciliary care and realised my passion for caring for people in their own homes and the different paths in care that you can take.


I recently joined Falcon Care as the new Deputy Manager, and it has been an absolute pleasure meeting the team. I have settled well into my new role and had the most warm welcome from the team.
