The women who have cared for my mum have been amazing. My mum has related to them as family and they have shown love and care and patience with her.
It was always easy to talk to someone in the office and the app to see the visitor reports is such a great way of knowing what's going on when you are
not there.
Thank you to all the staff members and so many more who have listened to me cry and moan too. They have proven to be a great support to mum and when I have seen them I have always known that my mum is going to be safe and happy.
