At a time when the family was at a breaking point, Lindcare was engaged to support my mother-in-law to live independently in her residence and this came as a big rescue and relief. The provision of same staff consistently has helped the understanding of the change in one's own home. I admit it was not
easy at the start but we are getting there.
STAFF:
The staff are patient and kind. They created a friendly environment. They have good time management once they get there. Very motivating and empowering in terms of improving one's personal hygiene. They respect personal space. Very caring and informative. They provide person-centred care.
FAMILY.
Due to Lidcare's engagement, the family is now able to come back from work and stay at their own. There is a reduction of phone calls from their mum as she now has people to talk to. My mother-in-law is kind of getting used to the support she is getting, days are different.
The family is pleased with the support of their mum.

The care provider are very professional and kind with my Mum when supporting them at home. I have always found all the staff team polite, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The care provider owner is also very approachable, empathetic and helpful. Mum always has positive praise for the care

Staff were friendly, caring and respectful. They were flexible in their services if pre-existing arrangements needed to be amended. They were observant of any changes in their client's health and raised concerns with the family providing recommendations on a course of action.

A really big help. The carers go above and beyond on my son's bad days. They have a great relationship with him. As his needs are very complex they laugh with him on his good days. Are emotionally attached and show so much empathy on bad days.

Lindcare provided home care services for Mum, over the 6 months she and Dad were always pleased to see the carers when they called and they always treated Mum with dignity and respect.
They never missed a call and when she was unwell and in pain took extra care and also made her laugh.
The impact
on Dad was positive too he enjoyed the banter and said they were all spot on.
Thank you for your support and care for Mum and Dad, very much appreciated.
Highly recommend Lindcare.

Lindcare go above and beyond to look after my mum. When I can't be there myself it's a huge relief to know her needs are being met. All the staff are warm and compassionate and nothing is ever too much for the ladies. We have tried other companies before Lindcare with poor results. I'm so glad we didn't
give up on looking for a care provider as they have really made a huge difference to my mum's wellbeing. I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you.

My husband's carers are very polite, friendly and very caring and efficient. even though he is sometimes aggressive, they manage to do all that is needed to keep him clean and tidy and usually leave him with a smile on his face.

Normally I would have put excellent but for a few occasions when I've been left in the bathroom to dry myself and finish off. I suffer from COPD and struggle with my breathing, this morning I was left to finish off bathing and drying myself only to find there was no breakfast waiting for me so I missed
a meal. I told my carer I wasn't well and she still insisted on leaving me to go on to the next client.

This was followed through and apologised to the client, like you have said, you would have put excellent and this is not the norm for our carers to do so. We have been battling with the commissioners as the allocated times by the commissioners were not enough, this has been affecting other clients. We continue to strive for the best care.

My friend was a very anxious lady and worried and could be easily intimidated every single member of staff was happy polite caring full of empathy and supported my friend greatly throughout the months that they cared for her. She was the least anxious she had ever been with a care team. I had regular
feedback from both the carers and manager and when I requested calls to be changed slightly in the last few weeks the manager was more than happy to do so. All the carers had such a happy and polite attitude and you felt they were very sincere their approach to me was also outstanding the main carer was exceptional.

I cannot praise the staff from Lindcare enough with regard to the support they gave to my mother.
Not only were they fantastic with my mum who had Alzheimer's but they provided a great deal of support for my father, who cannot speak highly enough of the care workers.
My father and I would like to
thank Lindcare for the way they went about their care in the final few weeks of my mother's life and would highly recommend them to families in a similar situation to ours.

Mum's carers were very kind and caring, they were always on time.
They showed dignity when supporting Mum and often had a laugh with her.

The management is very cooperative and carers are very polite, friendly, and respectful. We have had the care for a month now and all is ok and going well. I'm so glad that there are bilingual Punjabi staff as well which is very helpful.

Very good standard of care. All carers communicate well with my mum (service user) and she feels comfortable with them all.

From the very first introduction session with the manager and care team, we have been reassured and overwhelmed with the high standard of professional care provided to our beautiful aunt. All the carers are pleasant and friendly and he is very happy with the service they provide compared to previous providers they seem to be flexible with regard to the time of the visits. I am very happy with the care/ the provider gives my mother. They are caring, very supportive and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother is settled with them. My mother has mental issues, and they are understanding when she has difficult times.
