  • We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
    The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
    Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
    We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
    We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Mum went into a home earlier this year whilst we were away. She didn't like it so we asked Alina if they would be able to help with respite care in her own home. She was so much happier being able to stay home and we had peace of mind that she was cared for.

We asked Alina Care, Histon to provide cover for a long-term carer who was away for two weeks. Mum has dementia and gets very anxious about change, so I was relieved and grateful to find that every carer that came to her was a good fit for her. They were all kind, professional, and competent people,
clearly very experienced carers, and the whole process from start to finish went extremely well, with Mum happy and content throughout. I could not have asked for more. Thanks to all involved.

Thank you to the team for the care given to my father over the past year. He was very reluctant at first to accept the help he needed but the carers have won him round with their professional yet friendly approach and now he looks forward to their visits. The App enables me to read the report immediately

Thank you, Alina, for everything you do for my father. We really appreciate the professionalism and care you show towards him and how you treat him as an individual with a health condition rather than just another person with dementia.
I should, but don't always, read the daily reports you post on
the app, so it's brilliant that you take the initiative to call me to discuss my father's condition and changes in behaviour. It's refreshing to have someone else being proactive and suggesting changes and improvements to his care plan. This takes a lot of weight and responsibility from my shoulders. And that means I, too, can better care for my father. Thank you!
Now that it's time to increase my father's care, I could "spread the load" by hiring another agency. But I've used other agencies before and have never been so pleased as I am now with Alina.

We moved from another care provider and are very happy with Alina, wishing we had changed long before. Mum now gets the continuity of care and stability she needs. She is very happy with her care workers who appear to enjoy looking after her and helping her, responding to her specific needs and preferences.
The company appears well structured and well-led, filtering down to the friendly and efficient local office and visiting care workers. Communication and response to changing circumstances are excellent. I am happy that my mother is well looked after by a reliable provider I have no hesitation in recommending.

Have had the wonderful care team come to help Dad with getting up, dressed and washed in the mornings when he is visiting.
They have been cheerful, helpful and caring. Dad enjoys seeing them and responds well to their help and getting set up for the day. He can chat for ages and loves a new audience!

Since taking on my 94-year-old mum’s care, the Alina Team have shown respect for Mum’s needs in her own environment and provided care at her pace. They have responded to changes in her condition appropriately and keep in contact with me if they have concerns. I share the care with the team, and recently,
when I became unwell, they stepped in to give me support with very little notice, being flexible in response. We have a good working arrangement, and I have confidence in the Alina Team to meet Mum’s needs. She also benefits from the company and conversation during visits, and it broadens her world to get to know each carer.

My husband is supported by Alina Home Care provider carers who shower and dress him in the morning.
This professional help provides me as his wife with good and essential support undertaking tasks in a calm and caring manner.
All the work is completed on time and during the process it is good to hear
how the carers chat and make my husband feel at ease and valued and is well prepared for the day ahead.
This service is inspiring and so essential for us to have in order that we as a couple can continue enjoying each others company without feeling too tired.

The regular visits my mother has with her carers has helped hugely. The regular consistent social contact, having someone to talk to and to help oversee any practical housekeeping issues has helped to improve Mum's confidence, self-esteem and independence. The carers' visits quickly became part of Mum's
daily routine and really enhances her week and sense of well-being.

My three children agitate for my wife and I to go into care. They are entirely satisfied that Alina provides a good domiciliary alternative. So far there is little for the carers to do, but their presence is a comfort.

We've been using Alina's services for nearly a year now. The ladies who visit my father are personable and caring. Dad's happy that he can stay at home and fend for himself - with their help. It allows him some independence in how he lives, and company to look forward to. I deal with my father's affairs
and can see how he is on the daily reports that the carers complete - via an app on my phone. Whenever there has been a concern, Alina have messaged or called me. They've also been available to talk to when I've needed advice. Highly recommend.

Alina Homecare has supported my mother daily through the last few weeks. Although my mother doesn't need help with personal care, she does need support with tasks to enable her to stay in her own home. I also need reassurance that my mother is seen daily by someone who understands how to spot signs
of some deterioration. Alina Homecare has fulfilled these roles, but it has been more than that as my mother has enjoyed the friendly company, has been able to relax knowing that she doesn't have to worry about changing her bed, getting the ham that she loves from the butcher, or getting a nice shine on her mirror doors. She has also loved being taken to the supermarket!

Always on time. Very flexible in increasing the care needed and type of care needed. Very caring and understanding of the needs of dementia patients. Care can be increased/decreased by 1/4 hr intervals.

Good and positive experience with the manager and another staff member on initial meeting at ex-husband's own home. Only have followed up with them over the telephone and email and have not visited the client personally since their first call on Friday 10 September 2021. They have always been able to
give me full information as to how the visit panned out. My one comment/reservation is that I'm not sure of the ages of the carers going into his home? I mention this specifically as the householder has had a number of falls and injured his head each time causing bleeding and bruising. I've asked him to show the cut to his head to the carer visiting and on the last occasion, he told me he didn't want to worry such a young girl! Also I'm hoping over time that not too many different carers will be calling in as feel more comfortable with getting to know regular staff.

The manager and her team have been amazing and a godsend to me and my family. It has allowed my wife to go away with peace of mind. My carer is fantastic - it's like having an old friend, nothing is too much trouble for her. I look forward to the visits and give me a reason to get up at the proper time
