It was unfortunate that the review writer who is not the direct relative could write a false review against the company who did their best in looking after the client. The direct relative was OK with our services. But from the very first day, this review writer was unfriendly to the carers without any known reason. The client was given the best of care and the carers spent extra time giving her the best of attention. We are using a digital clocking system, which was explained to the relative. That on request, any information will be emailed/texted to them. They were well informed of any changes via email and text messages. As much as the client was very happy with all visits, the review writer was never friendly to the carers which makes the carers very uncomfortable when she is around. Giving the company a bad review is not coming as a surprise because she never appreciated our effort from the beginning.

Uloma is the Registered Manager and Director of Ency Care. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Ency Care was set up in 2020 and then was fully registered in 2021. She is self-motivated and passionate about encouraging elderly and vulnerable adults to be cared for in their own homes, maintaining their independence as long as possible. She started her journey as a carer and then was promoted to a team leader in a residential care home being in charge of 40 residents with dementia. She achieved qualification in level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care. Also currently a qualified registered nurse.
Uloma believes that it is an excellent privilege to empower the clients we care for, being hands-on and making sure the clients and their families get first-class care and support. Her role is to carry out the client's initial assessment home consultation, which involves getting to know every client that we look after.
In her spare time, she loves to travel around the world, spend time with her family and help out in her community church and hospital.

Rosejyn is a volunteer Care Administrator/Relief Care Staff for Ency Care Services. She has been supporting the team since Oct 2021. She has had experience in the health and social care sector. She is cheerful, friendly, hardworking and happy to help even in difficult situations.
That's not all, she also has hands-on care experience working as a relief care staff for a few additional hours.
Rosejyn aspires to continue to develop her skills by working together with an excellent team and being involved in supporting and providing efficient care.
In her spare time, she likes to dance, spend time with her family and travel with her friends and family.

Rita joined the Ency Care team as our Senior Care and Support Worker in Sept 2022. She has 5 years of care experience as a carer and then took up this new role because of her passion to make a difference in the client's lives, thereby making them feel comfortable, and safe and promoting their independence.
Rita's commitment and dedication to making sure that she builds a strong working relationship with our clients and the Ency Care team is impressive.
She is able to report any concerns to her line manager.
In her spare time, she likes going out with friends, reading and loves animals. She also likes to explore new things, new ideas and help out in her community.
