I think the carers at Oncall are wonderful and I am so grateful that they are supporting my 97-year-old mother. My mum has dementia and caring for her can be difficult but the Oncall carers show endless patience and treat mum with dignity, great empathy, care and humour. They have developed ways of
dealing with Mum when she is not in great form and can be really effective in changing her mood. Mum also shows real pleasure in seeing them. Their job is not easy but they work so hard and are always cheerful and very willing to help in any way they can to support Mum.

Oncall staff exemplify the very best in domiciliary care, we are so fortunate to have their service.
They visit my 97-year-old mum and support her needs as required.

The on call care service staff are very caring and friendly. They are well trained and take an interest in the person they are caring for. It's not just a job to them, they really do care. My husband's behaviour can be challenging but they cope admirably without a complaint. A first class service.

The carers at Oncall Care Service Ltd are the true stars of the show. They shine bright with their personalities, hard work and stamina in extremely difficult situations. Mostly working 3 or 4 days on the trot, driving their own cars before 7 am and finishing at 10 pm, they still smile. Even with very
low wages they still deliver a professional service. Dealing with many challenging, mostly elderly clients is never easy yet the carers do their best to support, nurture and cherish their clients. I am in awe how the carers manage to do it, but eternally grateful that they do. Thank you very much from all of our family.

I have a condition, all over my body, Neurology Disability which is where all my muscles are disappearing and I require assistance to do anything.
But how lucky am I to have 4 carers who look after me from Oncall.
The 4 guys who assist me are great and genuine.
I can't thank them enough and I genuinely
don't know what I would do without them.

Each and every member of staff from homecare who has attended to my husband's needs has been the most caring, helpful and kind people you could ever wish for.

My husband has had carers since September last year and the quality has been excellent since the start. The carers are very polite, considerate and helpful. They will do anything asked of them and always inform me if they feel there are any issues with my husband. I am grateful for the level of support

Mum has been using these carers for roughly four months now, and they have been fine. We get the same two all the time, which is good for Mum's mental stability. Mum has grown to trust them, as well, which is good, considering she doesn't like anyone doing her personal care. We were apprehensive at
first, given Mum's nature and her condition, but they really put Mum at ease and worked with her to gain her trust.

I am delighted by the service provided, as is my sister. Our mother is 96 years of age, is blind and has limited mobility. The care she has been given is exemplary. Her carers are thoughtful, diligent and caring. They are observant, and if anything is noticed regarding our mother's health, we are immediately
informed, either through the app or by phone. There is continuity of carers, and the management of the care is efficient. We are thankful for the service provided.

The care provided has been excellent. A consistent team of carers attend punctually but more importantly, they all have a lovely patient manner, are very observant and display a conscientious and caring attitude. This has won them a high level of trust from my mother, particularly with patient handling
of someone who is frail, deaf and blind. The notes provided on the app at each visit are comprehensive and accurate. This enables my sister and I to have an up-to-date, clear view of my mum's overall health and well-being. Any concerns they have observed are promptly reported. We have had previous experience with other care services but none have come close to the standard displayed by Oncall. Well done and thank you.

Girls are lovely, happy with the service.
They are reliable and I have faith if any problem they would let me know.
I would like more quality foods to be prepared i.e. food to be put in the oven rather than constant microwave dinners for more of a balanced diet.

Oncall Care Service has provided care for my mum for several months, the care team have been great. My mum was nervous, before the carers started, about having new people in her home, the support staff have ensured the same carers provide care every day which has been a great relief to her and myself.
Oncall regularly review the care we require and change the package to suit my mum's needs. Both myself and my brother feel Oncall has made a huge difference to Mum's welfare. First-class service, thank you.
