The manager has been a lifeline to my family. Mum's dementia has worsened over the last few months and my brother and sister have struggled to help at times due to their own health and those of others. She looks after Mum excellently, she is always fed clean and happy. She keeps Mum's house clean and
tidy and does laundry and keeps the kitchen super clean, she sits and keeps her company too.

My mum is 95 years old. She has dementia and mobility issues. I need help to enable my mum to be washed and dressed every day. My mum would not let me help her. I heard her carer was excellent and would be able to help us. I was not disappointed! She is marvelous. Mum is clean, dressed and very happy.
Other staff members understand my mum's needs and treat her with dignity and respect. We couldn't be more pleased.

I chose Revive Care to look after my mum, after having contacted five agencies. At our first meeting, the manager came over as calm, professional and caring. I have had no reason to regret my choice. The same carers came to look after Mum from November 2021 to her recent passing away in March 2022.
My mum's needs were met on every level and Mum and I were involved in all decisions. The carers were compassionate and Mum looked forward to the visits. The manager helped me with suggestions to improve Mum's care and was flexible to meet the changing needs of Mum.
The positives were - same carer/calm manner/no raised voices/involved in decisions/flexible/Mum treated with dignity.
No negatives.

I found my carer very professional. The carer looked after me for four weeks. During this time she mixes well with the family. She looks after me and accommodates all of my care needs with great care.
