Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that our carers provided good care, were friendly, and responsive to your needs. We also appreciate your honesty regarding pricing. Our fees reflect the level of expertise, time, and care we dedicate to ensuring our clients receive the best possible service, particularly during high-demand periods such as Christmas and New Year's Eve, when your care was delivered. We were surprised to receive this review, given that feedback from both you and your family throughout the service was overwhelmingly positive. Your daughters, who were closely involved in setting up the care plan and liaising with our management team, expressed their appreciation for our tailored approach. We understand that memory can sometimes impact recall.
