We have used Radfield as extra care for my mother when I've been away 2 visits a week for a month. Always received a great service happy to pick up anything needed. Really good with mum. Will definitely use them again.

We took on this service, 2 x per week, to run along side our council run care provider. The council service is quite time restricted and this is a great way to know how everything is going while the family are away. Great communication, attention to detail and care. They have been very accommodating
to change and adapt the service to fit. They definitely give us peace of mind.

We engaged Radfield to help my elderly mum to have a shower twice a week. They were the most proactive of three local service providers in the area suggested by Help the Aged. As my mum's primary language is Bengali, they were able to provide a carer who spoke her native language.
Over the five months
that the carer has been visiting, they have built up a fantastic rapport with my mum (I can hear their conversations while working in the flat), and are almost always able to gently overcome her reluctance beforehand and leave her feeling content afterwards. On the rare occasions when Mum absolutely won't wash, the carer has taken her out for a much-needed local walk.
Radfield has always been accommodating with schedule changes and any other adjustments.

I have found this agency excellent in every way. The management in particular is outstanding, with generous time taken to look at our home situation, listen to our concerns and discuss what would be the best care package for our needs. From early on we felt we were receiving personal attention from
someone who knew us and our circumstances. My partner had a long spell in hospital while under Radfield's care, but that has posed no problem. Similarly, it so happens we are waiting for power of attorney before we can decide on a fuller package of care, but I have been put under no pressure on that account. The two carers we have been sent by the agency have both been excellent. I cannot remember exactly, but think we have been with the agency for all or most of 2024.

I needed care for an hour in the morning for a couple of weeks to assist wake up and wash following leg surgery. On one day I needed to visit hospital for X-rays and to meet my surgeon for a review. The carers were punctual, personable and efficient. They provided just the service I wanted. The manager
was attentive and most helpful. I would recommend this care service tailored to personal requirements.

The care provided for my husband, who has dementia and mobility problems was excellent. This was for the week I was abroad. Our son called in each afternoon and he said the care given was perfect. Radfield Home Care Camden was recommended by a friend. Yesterday another friend, who also is looking for
some home care for her husband asked about Radfield. Unhesitatingly I recommended Radfield for not only for the carer but also for the brilliant manager who made the whole arrangement possible.

From the very first conversation, the care manager from Raffield Home Care understood my father's needs. His carer was so kind and thoughtful. When we needed emergency care they were swift to act and were the equivalent of the fourth emergency service. I can't praise them high enough. Their support

I would not hesitate to recommend your service. The 2 main carers I have had since June are excellent. They are reliable and extremely friendly and happy and a pleasure to have in my home. Willing to tackle anything I ask, they have eased my passage towards independence in the most supportive way.
I can only say a very big thank you to them. Their manager is also delightful and always accommodating.

Radfield carers have supported me during the time I was recovering from a broken arm. My two carers were wonderful and were always reliable. I was very satisfied with the service. It was a great relief, as I am a very independent and private person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.

I really appreciated your immediate response to my request for care, which made my return from the hospital so much easier. It was also lovely to have continuity over the weeks.
I also appreciated that when my primary carer was unavoidably away, someone else could step in immediately.

Great service, very understanding, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. I broke my leg and contacted Radfield while still in hospital and they sent someone straight away to the hospital to assess my needs and organise immediate help which was great as it was the New Year.
I had called a couple
of other care providers from my hospital bed but felt the most comfortable and at ease when speaking to Radfield.
The carers were knowledgeable and kind, and I really enjoyed their company even though I was in a lot of pain and unhappy because I was very immobile.
Radfield have been great and I can highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Manager and Radfield. They have been excellent communicators, replying positively and promptly to all queries and have been flexible about my changing requests to increase the level of care my mother needs. The Manager is very positive and reassuring

The care team have been amazing, and have taken a lot of stress and worry away. The care my mum receives is excellent, not just professional but also personable. From the initial assessment I was made to feel reassured that mums care was in good hands. Reliable and considerate to mums needs.

Glyn, owner and director of Radfield Home Care Camden, Islington & Haringey, has a wealth of knowledge in the financial sector. He has an extensive and impressive career history which makes him perfect for the care sector.


Glyn knows his patch better than a London cabbie and has a broad knowledge of the area. Glyn started his career in London, and over a 40-year career, found himself operating all over the world. Opening a care agency covering the Camden, Islington and Haringey area is the next big step in his career.


Glyn tells us: “I had a successful career in financial services that allowed me to live and work in New York, Zurich and Tokyo in addition to London. It served me well and provided me with a good set of transferable competencies, particularly with regards to working with people.“


He also owns a successful park home estate which has given him a valuable insight into the challenges facing older people.

We would like to introduce you to Sunny Bello, care manager for Radfield Home Care Camden, Islington & Haringey. Sunny is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. Sunny is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s wellbeing at all times.


Sunny initially joined us as a field care supervisor but after some time moved into the role of deputy care manager and later, care manager.


Sunny has a rich background in care working in a variety of roles. Like many, she began her journey as a Care Professional, learning the basic skills and qualities you need to care for people. Spending time as a Care Professional has given Sunny a deep understanding of the challenges facing both clients and our care family.


Over time, Sunny spent time as a field supervisor and customer care supervisor, which included observations, demonstrations, quality assurance, practical support in the field and assessing clients needs and assisting with any concerns.


“I want to make a difference to people’s lives in my community. It’s such a fine thing to be able to meet someone in my community that has a story to tell, or an unbelievable experience, they may have travelled the world or have 25 grandchildren. I find it inspiring and feel like I’m learning something new every day.”


As well as having over 10 years experience in the care sector, Sunny is keen to learn even more. She is working towards her Level 5 apprenticeship.


“I believe this will help me to demonstrate my knowledge and assure the quality of my work. I really enjoy working with our clients and hope that I can lend a hand with my wealth of experience in this sector.
