My mother fractured her hip, by falling, she is a fit eighty three-year-old. Keen to make sure she makes a full recovery I wanted help at home to shower her every morning, and generally just help out. I was at my wit's end having called around fifteen15 care places. I wanted to talk to the person who
would be either seeing her or overseeing the care. Most of the places were really unhelpful, they wanted to come and perform a survey and then start the care a week or ten days thereafter. I needed care immediately, when I spoke to Jessica, she was just practical and sounded exactly the type of person I wanted to look after my amazing Mum. Jessica shares the care with Ashley l, equally kind and genuine - my mum loves them both and I just feel so reassured and lucky that I found Radfield Home Care and I just couldn’t recommend them enough!

Whilst the required care effort in my case is very limited, the service has been done to my expectations. The possibility to have the carer do errands around the house is very helpful.

Having had some mixed experiences of a number of care agencies previously, it has been a great relief to my uncle to have his carer from Radfield in place. From day one, she has been calm, empathetic, and considerate to his needs - even remembering to bring him a birthday card, which he really appreciated.
In addition, I understand she is always punctual and reliable in her visits and agreements and importantly the care she has provided has been very effective. Long may it continue!

Glyn, owner and director of Radfield Home Care Camden, Islington & Haringey, has a wealth of knowledge in the financial sector. He has an extensive and impressive career history which makes him perfect for the care sector.


Glyn knows his patch better than a London cabbie and has a broad knowledge of the area. Glyn started his career in London, and over a 40-year career, found himself operating all over the world. Opening a care agency covering the Camden, Islington and Haringey area is the next big step in his career.


Glyn tells us: “I had a successful career in financial services that allowed me to live and work in New York, Zurich and Tokyo in addition to London. It served me well and provided me with a good set of transferable competencies, particularly with regards to working with people.“


He also owns a successful park home estate which has given him a valuable insight into the challenges facing older people.

Elise Horowitz

We would like to introduce you to Sunny Bello, care manager for Radfield Home Care Camden, Islington & Haringey. Sunny is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. Sunny is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s wellbeing at all times.


Sunny initially joined us as a field care supervisor but after some time moved into the role of deputy care manager and later, care manager.


Sunny has a rich background in care working in a variety of roles. Like many, she began her journey as a Care Professional, learning the basic skills and qualities you need to care for people. Spending time as a Care Professional has given Sunny a deep understanding of the challenges facing both clients and our care family.


Over time, Sunny spent time as a field supervisor and customer care supervisor, which included observations, demonstrations, quality assurance, practical support in the field and assessing clients needs and assisting with any concerns.


“I want to make a difference to people’s lives in my community. It’s such a fine thing to be able to meet someone in my community that has a story to tell, or an unbelievable experience, they may have travelled the world or have 25 grandchildren. I find it inspiring and feel like I’m learning something new every day.”


As well as having over 10 years experience in the care sector, Sunny is keen to learn even more. She is working towards her Level 5 apprenticeship.


“I believe this will help me to demonstrate my knowledge and assure the quality of my work. I really enjoy working with our clients and hope that I can lend a hand with my wealth of experience in this sector.


I’ll always listen and take every point seriously, after all, this is my passion. I feel strongly about providing a high standard of service and quality of care.”
