The service provided has been excellent. All the carers visiting my mother have been professional at all times. They all treat Mum with dignity and respect. They have dealt with the challenges which they have met. Communication with management is outstanding and everyone is prepared to go the extra

Radfield have been excellent since they took over my grandmother's care. They are very responsive, flexible, accommodating and friendly. I feel as though I have real peace of mind with them and regular care staff means that my granny has familiarity and friendship with the carers.

We are very satisfied with the overall care we received from Radfield. All the team are very kind and friendly as well as being very professional. If we have some criticism, it would be the amount of different cares we receive, but I understand people change roles on a regular basis so this is not always
practical.

Thank you for your help and kindness in looking after our mum, it has given both myself and my brother peace of mind that she is looked after whilst we are working.
Mum was anxious at first about having people in but is now really looking forward to them calling and having company, she always says
they are lovely ladies.
Haven’t met any of the lovely ladies but from what mum tells us she’s glad and we chose well.

The carers who are looking after my mother and father show a fantastic compassion and consideration. They adapt to my parents' needs. We are lucky enough that one carer speaks my mother's native language which is not only emotionally touching, it is also helpful to stimulate my mother's language skills
and memory. Others take time and interest to follow my father's outdoor garden passion and help him with his fierce determination to cook my parents' meals. This is done with great good humour. The carers have shown patience and support when my father needs help, filing and sorting his projects. This supports his 96-year-old cognitive skills. The respect and friendship the team offer is both genuine and professional and very much appreciated. Thank you!

I had major back surgery at the beginning of March and as my wife has dementia needed help with general domestic tasks to fill gaps that immediate family couldn’t help with.
We had 9 visits during the first few weeks of my recovery when I was limited in what I could manage and the help provided was
excellent.
Very well-managed time slots/visits and very flexible with which tasks to take on.
All staff are a pleasure to have in the house.

Since the very first contact with Radfield, they have been professional, helpful and extremely understanding. They have provided an excellent service in every way and the carers have been able to visit my mother and provide support for her when my sister and I cannot. Communication is always speedy

Very pleased with the level of care my father is receiving. The 1 hour a day visit gives me peace of mind that my father is having contact and interactions on days I cannot be there. He is getting a hearty meal mid day to top up his energy levels and recently Radfield have taken over the role of issuing
medication when it became too much for him to manage. This all helps me get on with my work, home and family life.

Radfield Home Care was very good at taking care of my mother. They helped with doctor and nurse visits. They took care to make sure drugs were used correctly and always available. The staff were all very caring and made an effort to cope with any situation. When situations changed, they changed their
routine. We have been very happy with the help we have had from them.

My mother is happy with the service provided.

Radfield Home Care has met all my expectations and more in caring for my mother through regular home visits, allowing my mum, who is 83, to continue living in her own home. My mum was at a low point, psychologically, being physically frail after months of serious health issues and hospitalisations and
almost housebound if I couldn't be there to take care of her. But she really picked up with daily home care visits that include being taken out for short walks or to do shopping as well as help with housework. I feel she is in safe hands with Radfield when I'm not able to be there and my mum, herself, feels very supported and happy with her two main carers. For me, our care coordinator, who is always just a phone call away, has been exceptional at communicating with me regularly and is always responsive to any queries or concerns I have. As I live quite far away from my mum, Radfield has been a godsend, frankly, and has given me huge peace of mind about my mum's well-being going forward.

I have found the staff to be very friendly and very efficient. They have made my life so much easier. The office staff have been great and have reported any medical issues to our GP which has produced results.
