Dear G, Thank you for your review. Due to an unforeseen situation we had to send a different care worker to avoid missed calls. We do try to allocate the calls to the same carer but sometimes, due to personal reasons, holiday, illness etc, it is not possible. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
