I have just started using Bluebird Care Inverclyde and Renfrewshire in the last few weeks and their support has been absolutely excellent. I get Access to Work funding to help me pay for a support person when I'm at college teaching and the people from Bluebird who have been supporting me have been
brilliant. The managers at Bluebird Care have also been great in getting my service all set up really quickly and smoothly. This has been an excellent customer experience for me as I have found Bluebird Care to be extremely responsive to my needs at all times during the set-up process and also with my support needs at work as well. If you need support at work, or indeed care at home, I would highly recommend that you give Bluebird Care a call.

I have been a service user with Bluebird Care for approximately two years and can honestly say, my circumstances are now in a very satisfactory state. Before I had your service, I had great difficulties with poor health, doing many of the normal tasks that a house presents. During our partnership, Bluebird
are very helpful, if I have any problem, a call to their office always gets it sorted, so I am more than happy with the service.

Mum has been receiving satisfactory care. Her person centred needs are being provided and times are adjusted slightly to suit her. My queries are responded to. There has been a lot of change of the carers who attend to Mum.
Carers are so crucial, they need to be valued to ensure retention. It's important
for carers to be content and happy especially when they are going into clients' homes.

My mum has alzheimers/dementia. Carers have made a huge contribution to Mum's daily routine. From the manager to the carers they have a great understanding of her changing needs.
Keep family informed and deal with queries very promptly.

I contacted Bluebird Care for an initial consultation to see if Bluebird could accommodate my needs and they could, it was a fast process and they go above and beyond! They have been outstanding since day one. I've been with a couple of care companies but Bluebird care has been the best company.

I chose Bluebird Care to assist me in taking care of my elderly mother.
Carers assisted me in feeding my mother, assisting her with getting up and assisting with walking.
Carers assist me in changing and washing my mother.
This has been very helpful in assisting me caring for my mother at home while
she is waiting on receiving treatment for further cognitive problems.
Getting an hourly rate for services has been most helpful and I keep staff up-to-date with any further health issues.

The carer had ADHD, mental health issues and an attitude that she had 20+ years experience and knew everything.
The carer was a nice person but not suited to my sister's needs. Even though the carer was given type written routines to follow to elevate stress to my sister, she seemed to have difficulty
with these instructions. The outcome of this was that when I came in my sister was agitated and after the carer left my sister would get upset at the part of her routine the carer had missed out.
The carer would use or take things belonging to my sister which was a major issue with my sister's Autism.

Onker felt that his father never received the quality care at home that he deserved and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to ensure other people’s loved ones don’t have to go through the same experience.


Onker has years of experience within recruitment, retail and hospitality so felt his wealth of knowledge and experience in running businesses would assist him in helping his community to stay independent in their own homes.


When he isn’t in the office, you’ll find him on the golf course or spending quality time with his family.
