All is good here, all the staff I have met over the last three months for my mum's care has been excellent.
As a 'spokesperson' for mum - it's important for me to get good care in for her, I think if she could comment she would say the same.

Very good care provider. Who always have the best interest of the person they are caring for. They enable people to live at home and live independently with good support. I would highly recommend them as they help my dad achieve this.

Found the carers to be both professional and compassionate, as well as being warm and friendly. The admin support was also most helpful and efficient. I could not fault the care I received one little bit.

We would like to thank all members of your team for the wonderful quality of care they provide for Mum. We were very apprehensive about Mum having to swap over from the previous care provider, but we needn't have worried.
All your team are very polite, professional and show such kindness to Mum. They
have also got to know us as a family, remembering our names, and we have such a laugh at times, as they are so cheerful. You can tell they enjoy their work, as it shows through.

We were unfortunate enough to require a care package for my mum following an operation which has resulted in her needing full time care. Having never required such a service before it was very daunting and rather worrying with the usual negative perception of care in the community and bad press.


The

team have exceeded any expectations we could have hoped for! Not only are they professional and consistent, but they are also kind, funny, patient and caring. They treat my mum as an individual, not just a client, they have taken the time to get to know her as a person, her likes and dislikes! They include the extended family and engage in conversation, remembering everyone’s name (which is important with dementia) and try to keep things as normal as possible.


I’m not sure we could have coped without them helping us through this new era, thank you so much!

The care provided for my father was excellent and fitted his needs perfectly.
The carers were very considerate, helpful and attentive and he really got on well with all of them.
Helping with his daily needs and making his meals when required.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Multi-Care Community Services for making the transition of my mother’s care in such a professional and smooth manner. Staff really took time to understand my mother's needs, ensuring that her total care requirements were met. This has given
me and the rest of the family peace of mind, knowing that my mother is in such good hands. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Thank you for what you do and continue to do.
