Really happy with the carers and the care I receive from this agency. Although due to circumstances that may be out of their control each and every carer sent are so lovely and respectful. I am quite a young care user who has poor mobility, so it is as important I have a good relationship with carers
as I do with the physical elements of the care I receive. Great agency I fully recommend.

Generaly all the carers are cheerful, competent hard working women. I do have an ongoing problem. Apart from old age and MS, I have age-related macular degeneration. I now have a certificate for low vision. This means that everything, particular in the kitchen, has to be put back in the same place or
I cannot find it. Also the fridge should be checked for food that has gone off. Also some carers don't do the full hour and there are always jobs to do. There are four carers which I have asked for, which fill my needs and I would be very satisfied to have any of them regularly.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. You are a long standing and valued client. I am sorry to learn that sometimes the carers have not been spending the whole hour with you. This is not typical of our service and we will make sure this matter is rectified. We will also make direct contact with you about this and other matters you mentioned. I am confident we will resolve these issues.

We have had care from Home Care since May 2024.
All the carers we have had have been very good. They are all very pleasant and friendly and take the trouble to chat with my husband and put him at ease. They are all very professional, we could not wish for better. We have had care from this company
before and did not hesitate to contact them when we needed help again.

Fabulous staff who were both empathetic and caring. Prepared to go the extra mile and meet our ever-changing situation. Big thanks to two carers in particular. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Care Preferred. They enabled my father to carry on living in his own surroundings for as long as possible.

I used Home Care Preferred several days a week for support before and after hospital admission for serious abdominal surgery last year. I continue to use them one day a week for ongoing help with household tasks such as laundry, cooking etc. I have found all the carers competent, helpful, cheerful and
generally very willing to carry out miscellaneous tasks. Management are very approachable and respond quickly to texts and emails. They are very flexible if I need to change visit days or times.

Homecare Preferred have been an amazing service provider. All the staff, both carers and management, are extremely helpful and lovely. My 101-year-old mother has been treated in such a respectful way and I as her daughter have received a tremendous amount of practical/emotional support. Without them,
Mum would have had to go into residential care long ago, so they have enabled us to keep Mum at home, respecting her wishes/dignity as an older person.

The family has used Home Care Preferred for many years, first with hourly carers and now with a live-in carer. The standards are always extremely high, but more important is the genuine care for our relatives shown by everyone associated with Home Care Preferred. We always recommend them to new clients.

The care and support provided by Home Care Preferred is incredible. My mother is very happy with the carers that visit her and I am extremely grateful and very thankful to have such wonderful people helping me take care of her. Gives me time to be a daughter and not just a carer. Thank you Home Care!
