Wherever possible a regular carer comes so they know the routine and things go smoothly. Some sit and chat when regular tasts completed and one in particular goes beyond the range of duties eith her kindness and efficiency. However, occaisionally a carer does the minimum required, does not consult the
list of duties pinned to the kitchen wall and while friendly does not chat to mum.

My husbands last wish was to die peacefully at home. This was only made possible by the wonderful nightingale ladies. There doesnt seem to be enough words to thank them, for their care + compassion during this sad time, not forgetting the comfort and support they gave me + the family. Thank you Thank

Very good, competent care received for my husband each morning. Great care was taken with him as he was very frail. Sadly now deceased.

Nightingale staff and management were amazing in their care of our mum during her last year. Every single carer actually cared and they did all that was possible to make her care easy for her. When she required additional help to move they knew she was scared and they constantly reassured her. Even
though some aspects would have been easier for them they listened to Mum and did things so that she was less distressed.
We left a handover book so that we could leave notes for the carers and they would respond and leave messages and notes for us - fab 2 way communication which helped all of us.
Would I recommend them - yes I would.

We are very happy with the home help my dad is receiving from Nightingales. He does have his favorite carers which he hopes will become more regular, however, we understand that this is not always possible and the main thing is that he is supported as consistently as possible.

Good - having transferred from another provider which had many faults. I would prefer to receive a schedule but I understand how visits can be cancelled at the last minute due to illness or transport problems etc.

Nightingale has been a blessing since we asked them to take over the care of my mother back in November 2022. From the start they have been transparent in the care given and using the app enables us to see when carers arrive/leave and what they have done to assist, as well as medication administered
and food eaten. If my mother has been ill they consult with the GP and if needed arrange for a doctor or nurse to call on her.
They have given us peace of mind in a time when we were unable to care for my mother after her stay in hospital.

Firstly it’s a shame that the options limit you to selecting a single month because I’d have liked the option to say every day!
Nothing is ever too much for the carers/management of this company!
Before they existed we used a different company - who frequently changed their arrival times and carers.
Their head office seemed to never be contactable and the carers spent most of their time on the telephone while trying to cater for my mother's needs!
Nightingales are the complete opposite! Their management are always available and completely approachable, their carers don’t spend their whole time on the phone they listen and care for my Mother which is what they are employed to do! Very nice ladies who let themselves in with the key code but on occasions my car is on the drive they also knock and make their presence known before fully entering!

It was decided that mum needed homecare after struggling to cope in her own home for several months. The Nightingales carers were lovely and very accommodating. They visited morning and evening and mum's needs were met efficiently and empathetically. Unfortunately, mum had a fall and eventually needed
to enter a care home but l would certainly recommend this agency to anyone.

Very friendly, kind staff take the time to do as much as they can for the clients they have. If anything happens to my mum I would definitely recommend them.
Always helpful on the phone.

Nightingales stepped in at very short noticed and provided excellent care for my 93-year-old father who suffers from acute dementia. As a new client, Nightingales initially provided extra resources to ensure his needs were fully met and quickly reduce the hours to maintain the necessary care required,
which also helped reduce costs to the family. The team were extremely kind and considerate and highly recommended. Thank you.

The carers are considerate and willing to listen to what the user wants. Good time keeping, unless traffic intervenes! They do a good job at remembering everyone is different and anxious to look after themselves in their home.

I contacted Nightingale Homecare in January 2022 when I needed a quick response.
I found them easy and pleasant to talk to and we agreed that they could send a carer to my house in Woking within a few days.


Two carers came to help me on different days, both were willing to do as I asked and both

clearly knew what was required.


I would recommend them in their response to my needs, they were easy and pleasant and I would certainly ask them for caring needs in future.
