My mother has been receiving care from Ekkesia since August 24. She has 4 visits per day. The carers are very professional, friendly, and respectful and make my mother feel at ease. She is a very independent person and at first found it difficult to accept that she needed help and support, now she looks
forward to the visits each day providing her with all her care needs. The office staff/management are extremely professional and if I telephone with any questions or queries they give me the relevant information and support I need.

The live-in carer who looked after my mum whilst the family took a break was outstanding. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations, she was kind and caring, the care was first-class. She left the house spotless, cleaned and cooked some wonderful meals etc, my mum couldn’t have been happier
which has given us peace of mind she’s left in good hands. I would highly recommend this company, nothing is too much trouble and cater for every detail, communication is excellent! We will certainly be using them again! Thank you to everyone who was involved!

This was my first experience of needing carers (after a stay in hospital). Having always been able to look after myself, with a little help from my wife, it came as a bit of a shock. However, after the first few visits I was grateful for the help and support they provided. I found the staff professional,
efficient, very kind and always cheerful. They helped me to stay positive, which helped with my recovery and for which I am very grateful.

My father, sister and I would like to thank Ekklesia Healthcare for their amazing support to both our mother and father. We had two carers per visit, four times per day, seven days per week. On a rotating shift pattern, we had the same four carers alternating with the main. They were wonderful looking
after her and nothing was too much trouble for her needs. They had outstanding time-keeping and rang if they had become delayed, which was rare. The management's ethos running the company speaks volumes of understanding what elderly people need; good quality care, consistency and promptness. They have been most helpful in providing the care my mother requires in order to continue living at home. Even when she was admitted to hospital, they were ready to take her back on when she returned home. An overall exemplary company that many others could learn from. They even provide counselling for their staff as required. Thank you for your overwhelming support this past eight months.

Ekklesia Healthcare has been brilliant in caring for my husband's personal care. The carers have been polite and helpful, and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their head office has kept in touch in case there has been a problem, which there hasn't been. Good company.

The care provided by Ekklesia health care for my mother has been excellent. The wonderful carer looking after her has been very kind and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble for her needs. The manager has been most helpful in accessing the care my mother requires in order to continue living at home.
Initially, the care was for 5 days a week but have now increased this to 6 days a week.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. All the girls are happy and transmit that to the patient making the experience of the care received very good. Nothing is too much trouble, and the patient's likes and dislikes are requested at the start of the care. The gentleness and compassion of the girls shine
through in everything they do.
I feel my mother is well cared for and supported.

Within minutes of using a website to find a mental health nurse to take my older brother to his sister's birthday party, the manager from Ekklesia Healthcare called me. She was efficient and polite, taking all the details from me of what was needed and wanting to know relevant facts about my brother.
She told me how much it would cost after I told her how many hours and the distance the care involved. The manager was very efficient, telling me that she would find someone within an hour. That she did, and I was put in touch with a fully qualified mental health nurse. This nurse was very caring and arrived in good time on the day, was very comforting and caring for my brother. He was taken to his sister's birthday party many miles away, spending more than ten valuable hours away from the room he spends his life in, meeting once again his mother and his siblings and their wives and friends. The nurse kept in touch with me throughout the trip. The care provided was first class.
