I can't really comment on the care as Alliance only looked after mum for a total of 9 hours over 4 days before she was taken back into hospital and care was no longer needed. These 9 hours cost me £3028! Nobody sat me down to go through the terms and conditions as they knew we were in desperate need
of help. Please anyone looking at hiring this company please read all the paperwork before committing. Our lesson has been learnt!

Thoroughly professional in all aspects. Could not fault the provision which was delivered with genuine care from start to finish. The carer rapidly established a positive and warm relationship with the client and wider family. The manner in which the daily support evolved into palliative care when needed
was seamless.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

We have found it hard to realise that our mum needs more care than we as a family can provide but the loving care that she now receives from Alliance is second to none. Her face lights up when the carers come through the door - they are so caring and don’t hesitate to give her a cuddle. It’s just like
family are walking through the door - they are so efficient with sorting out Mum's tablets when we struggle to understand and they are there to help us all through the days. Thank you all for everything you do.

I was recommended Alliance Community Home Care by a friend for my father, who has mixed dementia. The carers have been fantastic with Dad, and the office team are helpful, efficient and friendly. We are gradually increasing Dad's care, and I feel a sense of relief that I now have the support to keep
Dad in his beloved home for as long as we are able.

What can I say, Alliance Community Home Care are wonderful. They give me the reassurance my dad is in professional and caring hands, and the care staff are a friendly face for Dad every day; they take care of all his needs and often go above and beyond caring for him. Dad loves them coming and always
talks about the staff fondly. Alliance give me and my family support and the comfort that Dad is happy and living life to the full at home where he wants to be. I can’t thank all the staff involved at Alliance enough. The last four months of using the service have given me and my family the reassurance Dad is getting all the help and support he needs. We are so lucky to have a five-star Home Care company in our area.

Dad had a stroke a year ago and as Alliance Community Home Care look after Mum they were able to step in to look after Dad in the next village. It was a massive thing for me at a very stressful time, knowing he was in capable hands. Dad has come a long way, and Alliance Community Home Care have been
an integral part of that journey. The office staff have continually monitored his progress and worked with the physio to get him to where he is now with his mobility. He trusts and has confidence in the staff, and it has been so important that staff have worked with him, encouraging him and giving him confidence, plus allowing him to keep his dignity and independence. Dad struggles with his hearing and everyone is patient with him and communicate best they can. He enjoys chatting and joking with everyone. The staff leave me notes on things he requires, and keep on top of his laundry and any of his requests. The office staff work hard to perfect a care plan and listen when changes need to be made. I am very happy Alliance Community Home Care look after my parents.

I have been using Alliance Community Home Care for the last five months, and I am pleased with the care I have received. The care team are excellent and makes sure they have done all the little things I need help with. They offer a wide range of round-the-clock assistance and also help me with my day-to-day
household tasks keeping track of my washing, putting away towels and bringing the clean stuff out for today's use, and some have asked me if they can tack with me - this is nice. As the carers are aged between 20 and 73, I can relate to them all as my own family. At the moment, I only have the carers on certain days, but I know I am getting worse, so eventually, I shall have them full-time. I cannot thank the care team enough, as they provide a food service, and I feel very well cared for.

We have been using the services of Alliance Community Home Care for around 8 months, we find all the staff caring, professional and nothing is too much trouble, they wear a very smart looking uniform and are always polite, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure my relative has everything she needs
to hand, the office staff are also very professional and polite, and will do anything to help you. I would highly recommend Alliance to any family looking for carers. Thank you Alliance.
