Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Feedback is always welcome and a critical process to enable us to always strive to improve.
In this instance, I must assume there is an element of confusion as ample notice was given with an additional extension of 4 weeks where we continued to attend. During this period you agreed to have later calls where necessary to ensure you received your care. We worked closely with the local authority and kept you fully aware of any changes.
Should you wish to discuss further I will be more than happy to share our communications audits with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
