The carer at Pentacare Services is second to none. The quality of her customer care is outstanding. She not only understands and demonstrates how to be genuinely person-centred and client-focused, she also 'gets it', that not all disabilities are visible. I am so impressed. A change in my personal circumstances
meant I needed to change my care and support schedule. The carer listened and implemented the required changes within 24 hours. Wow! The rates provided for this service apply to this member of staff, specifically. She comes very highly recommended.

Very friendly, efficient service. I have complete trust in the carers that they can provide the service that my mum needs. I haven't any concerns or worries about the carers going in and out of the house and helping mum. She can communicate well with them all and they are very obliging in meeting her
requests and helping her. I have met several members of staff and they are always smiling. They take their responsibilities very seriously. The training they receive must be of a high quality, as every task is done correctly and to a high standard. The carers take pride in their work and my mum is very happy.

The team where amazing when providing care for my late mum, mum was only in her early 50'S when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, being young she was apprehensive about receiving care from people she didn't know and felt embarrassed that she needed external care- however after meeting with a member
of staff and getting plans in place she felt so comfortable and towards the end the team were the key to mum being able to stay and home living her best life in the final weeks delaying having to go into the hospice sooner!
A huge thanks to the team.

I am very happy with the care PentaCare give my wife. Although she has severe Dementia they talk to her as though she understands (maybe she does, there is no way of telling). The carers are all very helpful and keep me informed of any little problem. I cannot find fault with any of the staff or service
they give.

I transferred my brother's care to PentaCare in February after his previous carers neglected him and his hygiene went downhill. Since then, PentaCare have gone above and beyond with his care and because of that, my brother is able to carry on living at home instead of in a care home.
My brother can
be very grumpy at times, but they take that in their stride and always manage to get the job done. If I have any questions, the management are always quick to respond.
Would I recommend PentaCare in a heartbeat.

During our time with PentaCare, we received the most highest possible care and support. Nothing was too much trouble. Each and every member of staff was always smiling. They were professional at all times.
When my husband was having a bad day they still smiled and addressed his wishes. The companionship
I received as his wife was above their duty. Having a chat with me and comforting me when they could see I was struggling was something I will never forget.
My husband’s last hours saw PentaCare stay and help not only us but our whole family and I will forever be in your debt. You help make our final hours more manageable and I will never forget that great love I felt from you .

I found PentaCare really good, very nice, responsive carers. The carer was great and was very proactive with Mum’s care.
Always answered the phone promptly and willing to make any adaptations to the care plan as circumstances changed.

We started using Pentacare in August 2022. We had previously used two other care agencies at our previous house whom we were not at all happy with so were not anticipating any great change. What a difference! From the very first visit, the carers were kind, non-judgemental and efficient. In fact, more
than that - it became like having a friend or relative come in to help. My husband has multiple serious illnesses and can be very difficult but they went the extra mile to smooth things over and get him into a good mood - chatting and laughing as they carried out their jobs. Sadly we can no longer use them as we have moved out of the area and are back to the same as before - indifferent carers who can't wait to get out of the house and appear not to care less. I miss Pentacare and their support and would use them again if I could. Very highly recommended.

Could not be more complimentary about the care Pentacare provide. The team go consistently above and beyond, treating their clients with the utmost respect, and families with compassion. When Mum's care needs changed at short notice, staff replanned and reorganised at lightning speed. Above all, Mum
made a firm friend in staff, whom both she and we trust implicitly.
