The team is trained to provide person-centred care, which begins with an assessment and then a designed personalised care plan suited to the client's needs.

The care from the agency has been very good, and managers have always been very responsive to what my dad needs to adjust the service when required. The carers are kind and respectful, and always cheerful and positive with my dad, even when he wasn't feeling at his best. The service certainly helped
him retain some independence whilst ensuring he had appropriate personal care. It was also helpful for me to have access to the daily notes of the care he received which I found very reassuring.

My primary carer whom I started with. She's a wonderful caring person whom I appreciate and care about. She's conscientious, hard-working, does things I ask without any quibble, reminds me of meds, and greets me, I love her to bits. Always look forward to seeing her beautiful face.
Evelyn is the sunshine.
Only recently started and, have been a handful of times, lovely personality, caring, and friendly, already have a bond with her, Alice started yesterday she's just amazing. Already impressed with her noting my elbow, and hands, loves my cat, is happy seeing me, and hits it off straight away. 3 amazing carers. The manager is amazing. Always there to help & support me day & night in unearthly hours & calm my anxiety & PTSD the manager has helped me a lot. I've had a lot of care companies in 20 years. Bad care, average care, good care. This is an amazing care & amazing care company run by great managers with great carers. You won't get better care. I teach them, they teach me. We grow together. Love you all.

The carers and managers go over and above what we had expected. We are kept updated. One carer is a real credit to the company. All of the carers are extremely professional and caring. The managers have taken phone calls not only out of hours but also when on annual leave.

Have absolutely no problems with carers, they are always friendly and take their time always making sure my husband is clean and fresh, always chatty and nothing is too much for them.. they are on time with a smile on their face. In the short time we've had them we can't fault them. Very pleased we

My son has autism/ADHD and is non-verbal. It can be a real challenge looking after him, as he has very complex needs but careuk are great with him. They understand him and take such good care of him. He looks forward to going out with them and has a really good relationship with his carers.
It helps
us as a family, knowing that our son is in the hands of such warm and attentive carers. It allows us to relax and have some respite. We are very happy!

Your care plan on the current app bears little resemblance to the original arrangements as discussed when originally put in place. Recent reports have mentioned the client being sad and the carer told her that she would inform her family, which has not happened. As we didn't get the reports very early
it was not possible to make contact and reassure her. I know you can only do what the client will allow but as was said originally your carers can be very persuasive. I don't think they are aware that a lot of what is said to them is not true, especially about going to a care home. We are struggling at the moment with her taking tablets and hopefully, this will be changed soon as we are discussing it with her doctor surgery and I will keep you informed. She doesn't recognise the different carers that come and thinks they are the same person most of the time.

Mum was treated with care and dignity by every member of the team, we looked forward to seeing them each time they visited. They were polite, courteous, attentive and provided the highest quality of care with impressive attention to detail. They were perceptive and sensitive in making conversation which

The care from one member of staff in particular and the team far surpassed our expectations.
As a family, we have found communication with various medical departments and council agencies, an absolute minefield, but one member of staff supported us throughout, supporting applications for increased
care needs and providing our whole family with invaluable support, during the last few weeks of our fathers’ life.
The whole team treated Dad, with such skill and care, matching their temperament to his cantankerous personality, we were very impressed.
At a time when we felt abandoned by the local GP, the care team made a very difficult situation, much more bearable and I will never forget their generosity and kindness.
Sending love to that one member of staff and the whole team, if only we had been introduced to you sooner!

Although we had a few issues to start with, when I brought them to the attention of a member of staff, in particular, they were quickly dealt with, Mum's main carer is polite and efficient and Mum likes her, they always leave everything tidy.

My daughter's care staff are very friendly, helpful and professional and have developed a good relationship with my daughter, who is always happy to see them. Management has shown great flexibility in care arrangements, even at short notice to suit our circumstances and communication from management

Ben is the co-founder of CareUK Living Ltd. A seasoned senior business executive with over 15 years of managing organisations at a senior level and very passionate about care. He is a qualified Human Factors Specialist, and still currently consults in areas of safety, risk and compliance, aviation medicine, and business systems. Ben is a qualified Chartered Manager.


Ben spends a lot of his time volunteering in the community of Northampton, and also works as a Pastor for his local church.
