a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

Job Title: Service Compliance Manager
Chris Lambert, who has worked in social care for over two decades, brings a depth of expertise and a passion for person-centred care to his role as Service/Compliance Manager.
Chris’s career began in 1994, when he worked in residential and day care for persons with learning difficulties. His dedication to enabling people in their own homes was evident throughout his time at Frenchay and Southmead Care Trust, where he managed supported living services for people with learning disabilities and autism. Chris became a proponent of person-centred approaches and the transforming effect of people having their own tenancies.
Chris joined the Home Farm Trust in 2000 to develop, establish, and launch a ground-breaking supported living service for persons transitioning from long-term hospital settings to their own homes. This encounter solidified his confidence in the benefits of giving support in people’s own homes.
Chris returned to FSCT (now Milestones Trust) in 2003 and took on the post of Registered Manager for a residential setting. He led the trust’s campaign to deregister residential services and transition to supported living, which resulted in the first deregistration in 2010 and several more in future years.
In 2014, Chris handled a portfolio of supported living services, shared living, and community-based support throughout the Bristol/South Gloucestershire region as Project Manager at Milestones Trust. Throughout his career, Chris has led teams to deliver high-quality care and support, motivated by a common belief in the progressive power of individualised services.
During Chris’ time as the Project Manager, the Milestones Trust Supported Living Service received an Outstanding CQC rating in 2018, demonstrating the organisation’s dedication to tailored care delivered by well-led and well-trained support staff. Chris credits his success to the conviction that personalised services help people with a variety of complicated support needs, regardless of impairment or incapacity.
As Service/Compliance Manager, Chris continues to uphold these ideals, ensuring that Ultimate Independence Care remains at the forefront of providing quality, person-centred support to all those in its care.
