All the care team we've met are friendly, personable, pay attention to detail, & show a desire to get to know my Mum in order to support her in a way that most suits her. Mum found having care at home challenging initially, however the Homescare team have worked gently & consistently to reduce the anxiety & uncertainty for her.
Reliable with great time keeping too, would recommend.
