Willow Support limited is a small family run independent care provider which provides complete person-centred care packages, built to specific caregiving needs and preferences.

Willow Support limited is rated as "GOOD" in ALL areas in the PAMMS local authority inspection (December 2023).

The team pride themselves upon helping all of whom are part of the individual's needs. They provide assistance with all aspects of personal care, continence care, personal grooming, medication administration, eating and drinking needs, health care tasks (delegated also), mobility, companionship, respite and sits. They also assist with domestic tasks around the home, and for individuals who are recovering after hospital discharge.

All care workers are experienced and are committed to the providers vision for supporting dignity and independence.

Funding & Fees Guide for Willow Support Ltd

  • Prices
  • Our domiciliary care rates are: 15 minutes = £11.95 (discretionary), 30 minutes = £17.95, 45 minutes = £24.95, 60 minutes = £28.95


    Our live in care rates for a single person starts from £1495 per week and a couples live in care rates start from £1995 per week. All dependent on the level of care need (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD). Carers weekly allowance is included in the price.


    We also offer waking and sleeping nights starting from £250.00 per night.


  • Our care prices are a flat rate and we DO NOT have other charges; for instance, weekend enhancements, travel to/from the home, travel cost per care visit etc.
    Once an assessment has taken place we will be able to provide you a client schedule of fees.

The carers are attentive and responsive to my husband's needs. The managers provide excellent oversight and respond to queries efficiently, and as they also provide direct clinical care this is also reassuring. We have been happy with the care provided so far.

Willows, wow! The ultimate care provider. They've got this spot on! Amazing in every way! My dad now feels like an actual human being. Not only do they speak English during every call, they actually take the time to show interest in him by engaging in conversation to find out about his day. He takes
pleasure in sharing his thoughts with them as he knows they are actually interested in him. They have become like family members and take their time to care for him in a safe way. They do not rush the call or the getaway early to their next client. They are extremely compassionate and kind and Dad looks forward to their calls. Before Willows took over Dad's care, he was practically treated as an end-of-life client, the staff was under instruction to "make him comfortable" and this saddened our family. It was very stressful for us to fight for a change of care provider but it was more than worth it. 100% recommendation. More than 5 stars deserved! From our hearts, we thank you Willows.

An excellent home care provider. Responsive to questions and queries. Strive to provide continuity of carers. Never been let down and left without a carer. Carers have worked hard to develop a relationship with Mum. Very happy with the care and company.

From the first day of the carers attending to my mum, I could tell that they would make a real difference in not just her life but also mine as her main carer. I can go to work knowing that my mum is being properly cared for, skin kept in good condition, always kept hydrated and fed as well as being
entertained!
For me what I like most about Mum's carers is that they make her feel special. They talk to her and not just over her. They take the time to make sure she is comfortable and go the extra mile to make her smile. My mum is a lot brighter for their care, for their positivity and their warmth when looking after her. It isn't just a job to these carers, they want to make the care better.
Willow Support has been taking care of my mum for over two weeks now, but already I trust them completely. I wish there were more people like them in the world.

My father's general health and mobility deteriorated following an episode of shingles in December. My stepmother with whom he lives was diagnosed, also in December, with Alzheimer's and exhibits some associated challenging behaviours.
The carer attends twice a day.
My father requires assistance showering
each morning to help minimise his risk of falling. He is also unsure of his medications so the carer is able to help him take the correct tablets at the correct time. She also makes him breakfast porridge just as he likes it and brings a daily newspaper.
On occasions, she does a little grocery shopping as well as collecting prescriptions from the chemist.
She returns later in the day just to check that they are both ok. She spends time chatting with my stepmother in a professional non-confrontational manner.
We are all very grateful for Willow Support's input enabling them to remain together in their home of 38 years. They are our 'eyes and ears' and always respond to requests.

Words cannot say enough. What an outstanding independent care agency. They have a highly experienced care team; they are very responsive and always at the end of the phone.
The main carer is an absolute delight. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She always goes the extra mile. If you are looking
for an independent, care-focused organisation, then give this company a ring. Couldn’t recommend them anymore.
You can tell that quality of care is at the heartbeat of the service.

My name is Ivica Borosak, and I am privileged to be the Director/ Nominated Individual for our independent family-run domiciliary care agency.


I was fortunate enough to come to the UK in 2018. I have worked in the health and social care industry since 2018 working in many roles from supported living to domiciliary care. Since being in the care industry I have built up my knowledge and expertise.


In 2021 I set up and registered Willow Support with CQC. This has allowed me to create an Organisation that ensures the people we support have the highest quality of care where nothing is not possible. For me, it is not about quantity, it is only about quality.


As an independent family-run company, I have been able to build upon my beliefs and philosophies about how individuals should be cared for, and that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.


I am proud of how my team ensures that everyone receives a warm Willow Support welcome and that they become members of the Willow Support family.

My name is Johnathan, and I am thrilled to be the Registered Manager for Willow Support.


My background is in education where I held many roles from Class Teacher to Senior Leadership - coaching and mentoring (NPQMH). Alongside teaching, I have also been training in coaching and mentoring as part of my Master, as well as developing my skills in British Sign Language and Counselling skills.


I have been in the Health and Social Care industry since 2017. First starting in Continuing Healthcare aiding individuals with brokering packages of care and setting up PHBs (Personal Health Budgets) for individuals. From there I worked for an ‘Outstanding’ independent domiciliary care company where I was the Quality-of-Care Domiciliary Care Manager. I have experience working with independent care companies and franchise care companies also.


I have also been, and still am a consultant in health and social care for other Organisations and since October 2022 have been the Registered Manager for Willow Support.


Willow Support is a wonderful small family-run independent care company and that is what drew me to the organisation. Having that close relationship with the people(s) we care for and support is very rewarding. Knowing that everyone we support has the care and respect they deserve whilst being in the comfort of their own homes.


Being able to assist people to live comfortably in their own homes, having their care needs met and being able to provide that extra little bit is what is so rewarding. Welcoming new people to the Willow Support family and seeing our Clients so content is what it is all about – and as a consequence, I feel that I am in the most privileged position.
