Connect Care Services aim to provide a comprehensive, reliable, professional and individually tailored home care service to each and every client, enabling them to live as independent and fulfilled lives as possible in the comfort and safety of their own home.

All staff and carers at Connect Care Services work tirelessly to ensure clients' dignity, individuality and privacy are respected at all times, while providing care and supporting the client in undertaking their normal daily activities as directed by the client and/or family.

Each client has their own individual care plan and risk assessment carried out prior to their care beginning, and where possible they always encourage clients and their families to be involved in the development of not only the initial care plan, but also its on-going development.

Connect Care Services can help provide, live in care, personal care on an hourly basis, overnight carer sleeping or waking, and respite care.

The whole service provided from start to finish was excellent. The staff could not have been more kind, helpful and efficient. The phone is always answered which is so rare these days. The staff helped every step of the way and provided knowledge and their experience of dealing with my elderly mother
who has dementia. Thank you.

Few of us can expect to need carers as we approach our twilight years, but if we do, then we will want to have the best. Connect Care Service staff are just that, the best. The connection between carer and client is crucial for a successful, happy, working relationship. We could not be happier with
our personal carers from Connect Care who are efficient friendly and unintrusive. No task too small or large. The standard of help from Connect Carers is very high. General housework, dusting, cleaning, laundry work, they enjoy! All the Connect Care staff are great.

Connect Care has provided care in the home for my mum for several months. It's a well run company, everybody has the clients interests at the forefront and they are quick to respond to any requests or changes to the care plan.
The staff were all very kind and respectful towards both mum and her home.
She did have quite a lot of different carers attending to her but this was absolutely not a problem for her, she embraced the range of different ages and backgrounds and really enjoyed the chats they had with her. They were all a huge support.
Mum has now moved into a care home for 24 hour care but we would both have no hesitation in recommending Connect Care to anybody who requires professional help within their own home.

Connect Care lives up to its name and promises. We moved to Connect Care Service after meeting the manager, who runs the company. Previous experiences with other care companies have been really negative in every aspect. The manager met with us and reviewed our needs, my mother is 95 years old and disabled,
and provided us with a care plan after assessing our particular situation. It was obvious that the manager actually listened to what our needs were for mom's well being, in terms of the physical and emotional, and put in place a care schedule that has worked for us. The carers arrive on time and are a lovely team that obviously view their duties as more than just a job. This is a firm that really does care in every sense, from their office staff to the carers, and we are so happy to have their support, it has really taken a lot of pressure off us. These are the professionals.

I have recently changed to Connect Care in the hope of more consistency of care personnel and better timekeeping. My wife had a catastrophic deterioration in her advanced Parkinsons as a result of an antibiotic-resistant infection, leaving her unable to move, speak or swallow, and dependent on a PEG
tube for all sustenance.
Moving to Connect Care has been an absolute revelation in respect to the level of care which is now being provided. The entire team are upbeat, very friendly , and besides being extremely competent, are just so nice with her, which provokes a good response from my wife, usually with a smile. In turn, this makes me considerably more relaxed about the care my wife is receiving. Everyone on the team is keen to provide general household help, particularly in respite periods, again lifting the pressure on myself.
In short, in an extremely difficult time, Connect Care has made a massive difference for both my wife and myself. Carry on the excellent work!

My husband came home from the hospital after stroke rehab after having been treated for cancer for nearly 2 years, then sadly followed by a bilateral stroke, losing most of his sight and mobility.
Connect Care was the choice of care providers and from the moment the owner came to speak to me I knew
I’d made the right decision.
I don’t know where to start really as they were an amazing team, and the care was another level. They were all professional, knowledgable, hard-working, friendly, and dedicated, all genuinely loving their work. They could always get a smile out of my husband, always very upbeat.
They made a very difficult time so much easier. The support we both got was beyond my expectations. We both had a special bond with them, they were with us until my husband passed. They went the extra mile with their care and they never let us down. They are now my friends for life, I know I can always pop into the office for a tea and a chat if passing.

I am a client of the Connect Care Service, having joined in March 2022. I am 96-years-old and prior to that I had managed on my own.
I am benefitting greatly from the service as it is a relief to have help with the cleaning, supervising grocery deliveries and changing bedding.
The carers have all
been kind and understanding of my needs and I look forward to their visits.

The staff at Connect Care Service, Bramhall, helped me care for my father during the last two months of his life. Three of their staff, at all times, treated Dad with respect, assisting him with toileting, personal care and medication. He and I were both supported with dignity and kindness. We have
