I want the world to know how grateful my family and I are to you, everyone that knows us knows I love you both dearly as friends, but this has nothing to do with any of that; I wish as a family, we had you caring for my dad, you did more for my uncle in the short time he was on your books than my dad's
care providers ever did for him. Thank you for the care plan you put in place; you went above and beyond. I will be eternally grateful to you and that young carer my aunty spoke highly of. I know you will do well because your heart is full of love and care.

J&C Healthcare offered to support my mum at the last stages of her life. I and my dad were over the moon with the service that they provided for us; they really tried their best to get Mum home to where she wanted to be. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service in the future, and I would highly recommend
anyone else using them.

I would just like to say a really big thank you to J&C Health Care for offering its services for end-of-life care for my wife; even though she is in Herefordshire, they were willing to send staff down from Plymouth. I can not thank them enough for trying to help with getting my wife back from the hospital

We are very pleased with the service. It is nice to have the same carer on a fairly regular basis, but having said that, all the carers have been excellent. The roster emailed the week before is a good idea as it is useful to know the times the carers will be arriving. All in all, the best carer service
we have encountered and would recommend it.

J&C took over my mum's care after having a bad experience with a previous company.
Right from the beginning, I knew that we were going to be in safe hands with the manager and his team. They have gone above and beyond for my mum and me. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always there to help.
Especially in recent weeks, as my mum has been extremely poorly, J&C has provided exceptional care, not just for my mum but supported me just as much. My mum has very complex needs, and the staff provide the highest standard of care 100% of the time.
I highly recommend this company.

Can't praise J&C Healthcare enough.
Reliable and trustworthy; the staff are all lovely and treat my mum with respect and care.
The manager and the office staff are always there to help; they answer the phones, and if they ever miss my calls, they call me straight back.
Really happy Mum is now
under the care of this company. Good care seems really hard to come by these days, and they haven't let us down.
Really appreciate the care they provide, and it brightens my mum's day having them call in and provide her care each day.

The support my 96-year-old relative receives has enabled her to continue to live at home, independently (as per her wishes). She has three visits a day - breakfast, lunch and bedtime.
My expectations for this role (in my relative's life) have been high from the very beginning, and I can say that they
have met every request for change, every request for advice and every medical emergency (unfortunately there have been a few) with absolute dedication and professionalism.
This level of quality is displayed by each carer that visits, the office staff, and of course, the manager.
The manager has talked me through each difficulty and drama, and it often feels like he has had to take on the role of being my carer too - as if he does not have enough to do!
My advice would be to make this company your first call when searching for support and explain what suits you and your family. They are very good at listening to you and understanding that not every client has the same needs as the next.

Staff are friendly and respectful. They are punctual and willing to stay to complete tasks. The manager has coordinated care needs with the family and the discharge team from the hospital, so the client receives the appropriate care. Excellent communication between us.

Everyone is friendly and helpful.
They care for my mum and make sure she is clean and dressed, give her meals and spend time talking with her.
They always leave her house tidy and ready for the next carer.
Look after her washing and medicines.
Cannot fault them.

I have had several care companies, and I can honestly say this is the one I'm most impressed with.
I learnt many years ago that the most important people in a care company are the managers. If they treat their staff well, then it's happy/positive/genuine people that come through our doors to care for
us. I have yet to meet a carer who doesn't compliment the manager and his team.
As a patient, I have been with this company for six months and have found the carers to be professional, kind and gentle, who always make time to "chat" and don't make you feel like you are holding them up, which is especially important for people who are housebound and lonely. I am so grateful to them for taking the time to listen to my bedtime requests.
The night staff go out of their way to make you get into bed feeling comfortable and secure. From remembering where your phone goes to turning the bed covers to what drink you like and how you like it... right down to "tucking you in".
I have no complaints/only compliments.

I moved across from another care agency who weren't supporting me very well. J&C Healthcare has been supporting me with a high standard of care.
I am so pleased that I have really good care workers and they are all friendly.
I feel less stressed now that I have a regular care team to support me.
I now enjoy seeing the carers, and I look forward to getting out of bed every day.
In my personal opinion, I would say that the manager is the best I have ever had in my life, and I can't thank him enough for the support that he has given me.

J&C Healthcare looked after my husband at the end stages of his life; the carers were caring, empathetic, gentle and supportive to not only my husband, but they offered support to me as well. While providing personal care to my husband, they were gentle while he was in pain.
We had a very small team
of carers, which made my husband feel more at ease with accepting help. We found ourselves needing overnight support, and by calling the head office of J&C Healthcare, they provided night support at the drop of a hat, for which we were truly thankful for.
I could not recommend this company more highly; the support from the registered manager and deputy manager was second to none.

My dad had a bit of a breakdown after finding himself living on his own in 2021. J&C carers started to provide my dad with twice daily support in January this year (2022). A carer comes in and supports my dad's needs early in the morning and again in the evening. They make him a drink and food and will
do small tasks around the flat for him, like taking his rubbish down, which his mobility doesn't always allow. All of this adds up to a really supportive structure for him, which is just brilliant.
The support of all of the carers and the support of the J&C carers management has been both an incredible lifeline and life-changing for my dad and us as a family and his circumstances. His confidence has grown enormously as a person with their care, encouragement and support, and I feel completely reassured that my dad has what he needs on a daily basis - this is incredible as I am based in London for most of the time.

Following an accident, I was left unable to walk with my right arm in a cast. I am in my 70s and have a life-limiting disease. It was obvious I needed carers to enable me to remain at home. J&C Healthcare was the company chosen. They coped with all my personal care, ensuring I had meals three times
a day, reminded me to take my medication, made sure there was a supply of snacks and drinks within my reach, and I was wearing my alarm button at all times. They also did my laundry once a week.
Without exception, each carer that entered my home was efficient, professional, respectful, caring, and most importantly, friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
