Thank you for the feedback. All international staff have passed an English test with high marks and all had training in care and background in care providers. The manager has been out and resolved all with the client.

I have over 15 years experience of working in the care sector.
I have worked in the Care sector as a support carer working for Hertfordshire County Council, Manpower and other Agencies from 2000 to 2012 and had a break to pursue a degree following graduation worked as a chartered Quantity Surveyor.
I spent 2017 to 2021 looking after my mother and father-in-law in Lancing West Sussex where occasionally every two weeks I would relieve the carers and take over the care.
Following the death of both my mother and father-in-law in 2021, I decided to give something back as an appreciation of how they were both cared for and realized that there are so many families going through the same thing and LQS Healthcare Services LTD was born so that we could help other families based on my personal experience.

I am Gemma,
I have been working in care for nearly 20 years. I started off by looking after my mum, who suddenly passed at a young age. I then had a void and wanted to work in care part-time (as already had a full-time job). Since then I have worked in care and worked my way up to become a manager which I love.
I understand care from so many angles, from a manager and how the business runs and what is needed,
from a carer and being on the front line and what the client's needs are daily and then from a family view of watching your loved one needing support.
