It was our first personal experience of carers, and they all made it a good experience. All of the carers were kind, helpful, patient, efficient, charming, and we were totally happy to have them in the house. We congratulate Inspire Care on their recruitment procedures enabling them to find good staff.
Should we need carers in the future, we will not hesitate to contact you first.

We have been very impressed by the excellent care provided by your Carers. They are all such friendly, helpful and professional chaps. From the first visit in the morning, when they wash and dress me, to the evening visit, when they get me ready for bed, nothing is too much trouble. Their smiles and
cheery attitudes make an otherwise boring day more tolerable!

They are an excellent care provider with a team of carers you could not fault; all carers seem to genuinely care. Always on time and offer hair washing, coffee and food if required. It is like having a member of your family on hand.

Our mother came home from the hospital after two months, May.
The team from Inspire Care Agencies Ltd totally made us feel at ease from day one, with smiles and compassion and professionalism.
How very special they were. We thank them so much. They offered us support, advice, laughter, dignity and
respect.
The end of life is so difficult for everyone in the family and the carers were always so happy, caring, hard-working, never complaining and made us feel secure and above all, Mum loved their visits. They made her look beautiful in the morning, joked with her, held her hand and helped us so much.
Inspire Care have a wonderful team working for them. The long hours never showed. We know this is not an easy job, their carers are professional and family-orientated.
We highly recommend this care company and its ethos.
Many thanks.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.871 for Inspire Care Agencies is calculated as follows: ( (27 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 31 Ratings = 4.871

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Inspire Care Agencies is based on 6 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 = 4.6

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
