Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the care provided by Richmoe Healthcare. Please be assured that we did everything possible to meet your expectations and ensure your family member's well-being. This included involving the District Nurses' Matron to assist with creating a catheter care plan and assigning only senior carers to your loved one's care. All our staff are trained in dementia care and hold Care Certificates, which include training in food preparation, hygiene, and other essential areas. Our manager was highly responsive to your concerns and worked diligently alongside other health professionals to ensure your family member remained safe and secure in their own home. Despite these efforts, we understand that you were ultimately dissatisfied. We sincerely wish you and your family all the best moving forward. Should you wish to discuss your concerns further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Thank you Karen for your feedback regarding the morning carer service. We are pleased to hear that you feel more independent and no longer require assistance with breakfast. It is always encouraging to see our clients regain their ability to manage daily tasks on their own. Given that the morning carer service is no longer necessary and considering the associated costs, we have proceeded to adjust your care plan accordingly, to ensure that you are only receiving the services that are beneficial and necessary for your well-being. We also greatly appreciate your kind words about your main carer. We have passed on your compliments, as it is always wonderful to hear that our carers are making a positive impact. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with adjusting your care plan.

The Review Score of 8.5 (8.529) out of 10 for Richmoe Healthcare is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 6 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.5 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.029 for Richmoe Healthcare is calculated as follows: ( (21 Excellents x 5) + (5 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) + (3 Poors x 2) + (4 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 35 Ratings = 4.029
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Richmoe Healthcare is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4.5
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
