Excellent carers, very polite and courteous and very professional at all times. Always on time and all my father’s needs are attended to a very high standard. Communication with my father is also good and they don’t leave until he is happy and content.

Two members of staff were the best carers we could have hoped for, my father was ably guided by another staff member. Since being released in early January with a brain tumour, the two carers looked after my father attentively and were very responsive to his needs. They mingled well with the family
and surroundings. We could not have asked for better carers.

Two staff members are our regular carers and also sometimes another staff member. They are very respectful in their treatment of my father and are very friendly and kind. They are flexible too if we sometimes need different times around my father’s radiotherapy treatment. We all like them, as does our
dog too.

Two members of staff in particular have been invaluable in providing assistance and care for my elderly ailing mother. They interact with her, cheer her up and keep her engaged. They encourage her to eat, keep her hydrated and listen to her needs. I would recommend working with this team, especially
for double-up shifts and personal care and assistance with medication.

After several years unsatisfactory service from two care providers - one of which had the contract terminated by the council - Avid was appointed.
I live abroad, so had to make arrangements accordingly. In my dealings with the management, I found them: responsive; pleasant; and professional.
Unfortunately,
my mother passed away only a few days into the contract. However, I called her after the first visit, and she was so happy and relieved to finally have a carer that was: punctual; caring; and respectful.
She also felt safe, and that she could enjoy a chat with her carer.
So, while I can only speak from a very short period of experience, my mother was happy and I found them professional to deal with.

I just wish to say a massive thank you to two members of staff in particular for a super service that they provided to my father at a time of need. They both looked after my father like he was their own. The level of service they provided was 100% perfect and always on time, they never hesitated to
stay a little longer if Dad ever needed extra help. We as a family cannot thank them enough and from the bottom of our heart wish to say a massive thank you to them. Would not hesitate to use Avid services again without fail. Thank you.

On the first day, the carers came with their manager who explained everything, very professionally. Thank you. The 2 carers, she is fantastic and he is very good too, how they care for my father, great help for the family, this is only a week though, I am sure the standards will not go down but up,

We 2 carers during the daytime, every day for our mom and a carer in the night, 2 nights before we lost our mom. They were very compassionate, professional and caring.

The carers provide wonderful care to my mother. They have really taken the time to get to know her and are always very gentle and patient with her which is very important to us. They present her well and ensure she is always kept warm and comfortable. I also greatly appreciate that if they have any

I would like to say that the carer is very caring and polite he convinced him to have a shower, brushing his teeth, going to the toilet, giving him warm water, hair oil, which my dad got so used to with him. The carer is very good.

The carers, both day and night time have been absolutely amazing in caring for my mother-in-law. The level of dignity and respect given to Mum is commendable. The staff have been thoughtful and supportive whilst we go through spending as much quality time with our mum. They have been really nice to

What an excellent service provided by our lovely carers. After having very bad experiences with past care agencies, hats off to Avid Care for allocating professional carers who have uplifted my husband’s spirits tremendously, very well dressed in their uniform. Always on time and spend time with my
husband according to his needs, very sympathetic towards his needs. Also very friendly approach to all the members of the family. Truly professional and respectful.
