Please be assured that the decision to cease services in your area was not taken lightly. According to the terms outlined in the contract signed by all our service users, we provide notice in situations where unforeseen challenges.
We appreciate your positive feedback about our carers. While we understand your concerns about our MD and manager's approach, and the perception of overlooked complaints, rest assured, we take all complaints seriously and are committed to improving services.
