My contract was cancelled because I lived in an area that Multi-Care found difficult to service.
However, they were pleased to take my money even though the service was awful. There were two carers who were out of this world and provided excellent care. However, the MD is a weak-willed individual and
is pushed around by the manager, who in my opinion should not be in that position. I made a number of complaints, all of which went unheeded. Her ability to care for you could write on the back of a postage stamp.
If I moved into the NHDC area I would never ever use this company again.
