I was receiving daily personal care from the company. My carers were punctual, attentive, and very good at what they did. I felt comfortable and well looked after. They fully understood all my needs and requirements and ensured they met them.

The carers have been diligent and sensitive. They have done their work calmly and sensitively. They have been very efficient in cleaning my wife's body given that she is bedridden and her legs are in a cramped position. My wife continues to decline and find eating normal meals difficult. I am satisfied
they have done what has been asked of them.

The company provided daily care for my wife, who was awaiting a hip replacement and unable to fend for herself, while I was abroad for three weeks. The carers were punctual, friendly, and totally professional. We will not look elsewhere for future needs of this kind.

The carers have been excellent. They cannot do enough for my husband. They are all polite and carry out the duties with diligence and care. The office are now sending rotas every week which was not happening at the beginning. Although there have been hiccups along the way with the managing of carers,
the overall care is very good.

During the four months attention for my wife, who was bedridden and suffered with dementia, staff were always pleasant, caring and efficient even though my wife could be very rude, aggressive and sometimes violent due to the dementia. My association with the company ended when my wife passed away due
to a burst AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm) on 26th October 2022.

It's fair to say that the company have been angels! From first contact to the assessment and setting up of the actual care provision, the team have been caring and communicative. It's an emotional time when deciding that a loved one needs help to stay independent but they have been there to help manage
the transition. For me, the peace of mind that my father is being well looked after and getting the help he needs to enjoy his life on a day-to-day basis is priceless. Thank you all!

I came across this company via a service marketplace. I spoke to the members of the company as my wife was in hospital and they were not prepared to release my wife to come home. With the help of the company staff, they spoke to the hospital and managed to get my wife released. I employed the company
for a while. The hospital then managed to provide a free service for the carers to come to the house to take care of my wife. Without the help of the company, my wife would not have come home until the hospital managed to find carers.

My father (who has a complex medical history, including advanced Alzheimer's and a terminal illness), deteriorated suddenly, affecting his mobility. We required urgent assistance for my mother, who is his sole carer. The team were kind, understanding, flexible and responsive. Within days we had in place
a detailed care plan, after an initial visit, a flexible weekly rota and helpful practical advice following a detailed risk assessment. The daily visits began on a bank holiday. The carers provided so far, have been friendly, dedicated, experienced and respectful. They have provided the bespoke support we needed at short notice and exceeded our expectations in every regard. I'm not sure how I would have coped without this company. They were absolutely wonderful during a very difficult time. The hospital would not release my sister without extra care in place. This was difficult with so many people away in August and myself, also trying to get away. They really stepped
up and everything was in place with no fuss!

In the past fifteen years, I was an Administrator of a Skilled domiciliary care agency in the United States of America. That experience of managing a home health agency propelled me to HomeCall.


I have always been passionate about providing affordable and quality domiciliary care to young adults and the elderly. Home is where the heart is and providing care to senior clients in the comfort of their homes enables seniors to age in place.


Over the years, I have served my community in various voluntary capacities. HomeCall provides me with the opportunity to serve my community. Nothing gives me more pleasure and satisfaction than to see clients thrive at home!
