Right at Home has been our rock since my husband had a stroke and we needed support. The Management guided us, advised us and listened to us during all the early planning. We initially needed a great deal of help, and I can only congratulate the Company that as we started to cut the hours required
there was absolutely no suggestion or pressure not to do so. We are now being looked after in a secure way, and I cannot say how much we appreciate that. The Carers are a whole story in themselves.! Our highest praise has to be that within the first few visits they became, and continue to be, family! Thank you, Right At Home People!!!

I am very happy with the care, kindness, attentiveness, perceptiveness, and commitment of my mum's live-in carer. I think she is an exceptional and professional carer. I also think the backup of the 'Right at Home' management/co-ordinating team is very good, communicative, helpful, and timely. Altogether
I have found the service a very good one.

I knew from my first dealings with Right at Home that we had found exactly what we were looking for. Our needs were understood and met with kindness and sensitivity. Right at Home have been lovely and very helpful! All the staff, from the managers, coordinators to the carers themselves go above and beyond what is expected in order to give the best care to my parents. Last week the manager, on learning that my father was too frail to walk outside, offered to bring
a wheelchair and take him for a spin which he really enjoyed! The carers are friendly, compassionate and engaging, and my parents look forward to seeing them. Finally I can rely on the team to provide extra cover if I am away which is a great relief. All in all a great choice.

This is an amazing care company with a fantastic team from carers to office staff, all dedicated to delivering the best outcomes, as they did with my brother. The agency has been fantastic, we had a care crisis with my elderly parents and needed to find somebody we could trust within a very short space of time!
They assessed my parents at home and found us a wonderful carer at very short notice for my parents.
The agency is supportive, caring and professional
and the owner clearly cares about the agency and the individuals involved, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The team at Right at Home in Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green made a daunting task a lot easier right from the management and office team, talking us through the options with empathy and transparency, through to the excellent carers who were patient, understanding and always took time to accommodate

Perfect support each Thursday when required.
On time, cheerful and ready to do anything. Provides ideal support for the one day a week when the sole carer Husband has a day off.
The management seem to be unable to cope with Direct Debit payments. I am owed four weeks support for times when it was
not required and we gave the specified notice that we would be away. This is of particular concern as we understand that if we do not require support on a particular day, then our care worker is not paid.

I am sorry about your direct debit issue. We always advise our clients to set up a direct debit with us so that when there has been no care, you are not charged however, as you have set up a standing order instead, your bank will automatically process the payment irrespective of whether care has been provided or not and unfortunately we have no control over this (unlike direct debits). I have resent you our recommendation to cancel the standing order and set up a direct debit instead. Hopefully, this resolves your issue and in your next review, you are able to score the management team higher.

The service offered has been excellent from start to finish (my uncle has now gone into a care home).
In his initial review, the office manager showed genuine interest in my uncle and his interests and found a carer who was able to provide my uncle with not only physical support but also companionship
and emotional support.
Whenever there was any concern or issue about my uncle, Right at Home responded immediately. When his main carer was on holiday, and my uncle did not bond with the replacement, another person was immediately found for the holiday cover.
My uncle really enjoyed visits from his carer, and we have enjoyed dealing with Right at Home. I would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

The service from Right at Home has been uniformly magnificent. In his initial visit, the owner spent a couple of hours talking to my mother about her life and requirements with genuine interest. Follow-up appraisals were incredibly thorough. Most important, the hourly visits from the delightful carer
have all been impeccable in every regard (punctuality, kindness, competence and general charm).
The office manager has responded promptly to every request and enquiry and has been more willing to change schedules and alter appointment times at short notice.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this firm and my mother couldn't be happier with the support it offers.
I cannot recommend Right at Home warmly enough.

It's fairly early to give a review. The carer has been extremely diligent and a good worker/carer. The other carer is always on time and seems to get on with Mum and Dad. As far as I'm aware, the managers are dedicated! The carers they send are good.

Hi! I am the proud & excited owner of Right at Home Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green and I am so grateful for being able to give back to the community where I spent a lot of my childhood years growing up in. I was born in Barnet hospital (so were my two children) and I went to Manorside Primary school many years ago.


My lovely wife - Ruchi, worked as a pharmacist in Golders Green, Temple Fortune & West Hampstead and my son - Raayan will soon be attending a school in the Mill Hill area and no doubt my daughter -  Aarya will follow suit. By having such affinity with the area, I can truly relate with the community and it makes it all the more special that we are able to provide care to them.


My mum was a volunteer home care assistant and as a child, I would often be with her during her visits on Saturday afternoons. As a 12-year-old, I would be lying if I said they were the most fun Saturday afternoons however, I did learn a lot from them. I learned what it means to care for someone vulnerable, how to listen to some of the greatest storytellers around, and most importantly, I learned to appreciate people, relationships, and life.


My grandmother spent her final days at our family home and I saw how much my parents cared for her. They put in so much effort, love, patience and sacrifice to make her feel as comfortable as possible. At the time, it was my responsibility to ensure she had a warm glass of milk as she went to bed each night, and looking back I wish I could have done more. Of course, there was not much else I could do but subconsciously, I believe it was then when I decided that one day, I will do something in my life that allows me to make a difference in people's lives.


So after 15 years of working in the City in various finance roles, most recently as a Finance Director for a large marketing agency, I decided it was time to give back, to do something more fulfilling, and to connect more with people. This is why I opened Right at Home covering Camden, Hampstead, Golders Green, and surrounding areas.


I am deeply passionate about the care sector and I know firsthand what excellent care should look like. I believe it is important to give the same level of care and service you would expect for yourself or loved ones.
