I have used Angel approved on two separate occasions, For my mum when she came out of hospital and for my dad's end of life care, both were very difficult and sad times but the care they received from all members of staff was amazing. They treated my mum and dad as if they were members of their own
family. They never rushed or cut corners. I can't say enough positive things about Angel approved and I would highly recommend them.

Angel Approved Care helped my grandmother in the final days of her life. They showed her kindest, dignity and treated her as if she was their own family. I couldn’t have asked for better carers towards the end of her life. They made me feel safe to leave her when I wasn’t around they kept me updated
at all times and offered support when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Two carers really did support myself and my family through one of the hardest times of our lives

Angel Approved have been looking after my mother for the past 4 months, and the love and kindness all the carers show on every care visit is amazing! All the staff are an absolute credit to the Angel team. The directors/managers in the office are easy to deal with and make dealing with my mother's care

I have been using Angel Approved for seven months to help me with housework and cleaning. I am independent but have worsening arthritis. I met the Care Manager and the Angel Approved team when they started giving full-time care to my neighbour and I know I can call on them for extra help. I have found
the carers respectful and easy to talk to. They are getting to know my home and my needs and I trust them.

Angel Approved looked after my father for over 3 months, only ending because he now needs 24-hour Nursing Home care. He had a Carer visit in the morning to assist in getting up, washed and dressed and also give the daily medications. A second visit in the evening got him ready for bed. We cannot fault
the service we received from Angel Approved, all the Carers and Management were excellent. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his Carers and the way they helped and treated him. Respect, dignity and compassion were evident from everyone we met from Angel Approved. It's not easy choosing a Care Agency but we consider ourselves lucky with our choice. The fees are reasonable, the service exceptional and the Carers wonderful. Communication with Management was easily accessible and they were very helpful to us. Highly recommended.
