New Age Care Ltd provides bespoke Home care and Live in services to support people over the age of 18 years old who would like to continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible.

New Age Care is a Regulated service, as recognised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

New Age Care have a team of experienced and friendly management and caregivers who are dedicated to provide bespoke outstanding care from Hour calls per day to 24 hours per day seven days a week live in Care.

Care plans are designed to meet the clients individual and specific needs and wishes from short term periods, respite to long term care, and offer services with personal care, medication support, housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation to companionship.

All management and caregivers receive mandatory training and specific training to peoples needs dementia, Parkinson's, end of life care, peg feeding ensuring your family member receives the care they deserve.
New Age Care cover areas within Warwickshire and surrounding areas and live in services nationwide. New age care match you with the right carer for consistency and are transparent throughout the service.

Invited to the Sunday lunch club where I enjoyed the company of two particular staff members from New Age Care along with their clients. I was made very welcome and everyone had a thoroughly nice time. Good food, good company, with everyone engaging in interesting conversation and enjoying themselves.
New Age Care were very attentive to everyone, especially a lady suffering with dementia who got somewhat disorientated and they immediately reassured her and made her feel at ease again. Her family were very grateful for the care she was given whilst they were able to enjoy some respite and have some time to themselves. So a big thank you for allowing me to join such a fun and worthwhile occasion, and hopefully I can come along to future events and see some new faces too. Well done to New Age Care.

The carers are all considerate, all caring, in all aspects of my husband's early morning washing and medical needs. We are both very happy with the services provided.
Having the delivery of a fish and chip supper is a treat we enjoy on the odd occasion, an extra bonus as we cannot visit restaurants
now.

Never having had to use a carer until a few months ago, I find having help puts my mind at ease.
I am scared of falling and having help in the shower is a relief.
My husband also has some care.
The only thing we don't like is having different carers than the ones we are used to and are comfortable
with. We don't like the change of carers.

My Mum is now very frail and very deaf. Most of the time she is happy with the care given. She finds it difficult to understand some of the caregivers.
I think more initiative is needed i.e. if time allows maybe Hoover and dust or clean the toilet etc.

My Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is at the stage that I'm no longer able to look after myself.
I have had several care companies over the last 15 years.
I have to say that my current care company, New Age Care are doing an excellent job looking after me
I have two carers in the morning to get me up, and
dressed and give breakfast and lunch sandwiches prepared.
One carer at tea time to give me something to eat. Two more carers to put me to bed.
These carers deserve a mention for the excellent care they give me.

My husband is absolutely delighted with his care from your company, as am I.
His times of calls are much better suited to him and his carers come in with a smile which is a refreshing change. I have noticed that the work area is left clean and tidy after each visit and this has been particularly pleasing

Dad has a regular live-in carer and it's tricky for him when she has her break. It's really important for him to feel safe and supported from the moment his regular carer leaves until she returns. New Age Care does its best to maintain consistency with the replacement carers, but even when that is not
possible, the staff they provide are excellent at fitting in and offering a lovely caring environment.
It takes a special person to move into someone's home and quickly make a relationship with a vulnerable elderly person whom you never met until that day. New Age Care staff seem to take this in their stride.

The carers that do my calls are very good. In any case, if I don't take to the carer I can ask for them not to be sent again. They come more or less on time and are always willing to do extra tasks. Any new carers have shadowed on assisting carer. New Age Care also tries to look after our mental health.
They do this by holding monthly meetings which we can attend if we wish. A Sunday lunch club has started recently and an exercise session. They are constantly looking for ideas to get us out to meet others. I consider myself fortunate to have found New Age Care.

I found my friend/neighbour on the floor, I rang New Age Care because I had received a leaflet through my door. They responded quickly, came out to see my friend and care was put in place in less than 24 hours. Since then the care has been outstanding and I am kept informed. I would highly recommend

I am originally from a successful family business in Yorkshire. I became involved in care as a result of losing my father to pancreatic cancer and my mother to complications from cancer.


This is how my journey in care began. The reason I decided to start New Age Care was because I didn’t like the ethos in the office of a large care company. I could see a better way to do things.

My name is Nav and I’ve just started work as the Head of Governance & Quality Assurance at New Age Care. I am really excited about the opportunity of working with great people who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to people in their local community.


A little about me and what I hope to bring to my new role is my previous work experience, I have over 17 years’ experience working in various healthcare environments, ranging from regulatory organisations such as MHRA where I worked within the enforcement division to safeguard public health. The CQC where I worked in the role of an acute inspector and for Healthwatch Hull, as a delivery manager. I have also worked in other roles as a Registered Manager for Secure Care UK, which is a mental health transport service. As a governance manager for the Proudfoot Care Group (residential care homes) and in my previous role as head of governance for Comforting Hands Limited which is a Domiciliary Care service.


On a personal level, I am a committed Manchester United fan and love travelling the country with my children visiting all the major theme parks. Well, it’s more like I get dragged to all the theme parks by my kids, I’m no good with heights so find myself crying like a big girl on most of the rides. The kids find it funny, so I guess I’m doing my job as dad. When I’m not spending time with the kids, I’m being dragged around by the other half mostly on shopping trips where I act as a driver. I also use my skills as a baggage handler to good effect and have got really good at fitting different-sized shopping bags into my boot.

Caroline started her career as a support worker, over 25 years ago. She loved the job from the start and knew that it was the type of work she wanted to do. Over the years she has worked with a range of people of all ages and backgrounds, with care and support needs, in various settings.


There have been some situations during her career that she has found challenging, but by overcoming these challenges and helping someone else through a difficult time, she believes this is part of her vocation that she finds particularly rewarding.


Caroline is passionate about supporting others to maintain their independence and achieve their own personal goals in life.


Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with family and friends and trying to meet up with them as much as she can. She loves to read, especially books about psychology, or true stories.
