Light Health Care try to ensure regular carers for my mum, we have been using them since November 2023 and the regular carers seem to genuinely care for mum, they use common sense when selecting food from the fridge to serve her, eg looking at the dates of which food to use first, they also contact
me if they are unsure about anything or if they think mum needs something. They also follow protocol and escalate anything out of the ordinary like a fall or medication issue which gives me faith in the Safeguarding policy being adhered to. If I have had any reason to call management either to pass on a message to a carer or alter anything they are always efficient in handling my concern. I also find the app brilliant as I can check on Mum after every visit and know exactly what mood she's in, what she's had to eat etc.
