Ella's homecare have been outstanding. All their staff are professional, caring and friendly, creating a great rapport with my aunt. Our experience with Ella’s Home Care has been phenomenal. We had another care agency and therefore are able to compare the service between the two agencies and Ella’s was by far the better of the two.
The carer is always on time and is always looking to help. My mother feels comfortable around the
carer and is much happier now.

The service provided for a family friend, caring and companionate staff. Very reliable and friendly, I would highly recommend Ella’s homecare. The staff made sure the client was well-presented and had a good daily routine.

Overall a great company that’s tightly run and provides a very high level of care. I appreciate the involvement and responsiveness of the management team when it comes to managing constantly evolving medical needs, and the main carers have been excellent.

The manager of the business has been excellent in pushing the local authority, particularly Occupational Health, to provide additional assistance for my father. The carers have visited 3 times a week to help my father get up. They have been lovely and very willing to do anything else to help in the
home.

Ella’s Homecare has been able to consistently provide high-quality care to my mum and dad in their own home for more than a year now. There are multiple, complex health conditions to manage, and they manage these at a far better level than would be received in a care home environment, enabling my mum
and dad to have a much higher quality of life than would be possible otherwise.

The team give my aunt excellent care and attention and are totally dedicated to her wellbeing. They manage every aspect of her life with a positive and friendly attitude, which she responds well to and which the rest of her family fully appreciate.
