During a very stressful time for my mother, who needed overnight care, the manager and her team went out of their way to fulfil all my mother's needs. We struggled to find anybody who covered overnight and can't praise them enough for their help and, in particular, my mum loved her foot massages! If
you want to feel confident in the care you will receive, I would definitely recommend Bluebird.

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Laura began her career in the care sector in 2004 by moving to Canada and living with people who had Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. After enjoying the experience, she continued her career in care upon returning to England.


Laura has experience working with people with a range of needs including those with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injuries, Dementia, Epilepsy, Diabetes, those at risk of falling and the Elderly.


She is passionate about ensuring that people receive quality care from compassionate staff and will work together with our customers to ensure that your care is personalised to you and that you are treated with dignity and respect.


Laura holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and has also obtained her training qualifications to support our philosophy of having well-trained staff teams, who have the skills and knowledge that they need to support people well. Laura assists with developing staff to help them achieve their ambitions and has helped people progress into the sector in a number of managerial and nursing roles.
