The Review Score of 8.5 (8.500) out of 10 for All 4 U Care is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 2 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.5 out of 5 from 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 5.000 for All 4 U Care is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for All 4 U Care is based on 2 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 = 3.5
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Manager
Joined: 2018
I started with All4UCare in order to pursue my goals of quality care for clients at home. I am now focused on providing discrete quality home care to our clients within Havering, I strongly believe that vulnerable people benefit from continuing to live in their own familiar surroundings, and I am committed to helping others to maintain independence, making sure we as a company remain passionate about ensuring that all our clients have the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes with the help and guidance from our Home support workers and by recognising that good Home Support Workers are at the heart of our agency.
I make sure that the choices and wishes of each of our clients are always at the centre of my careful planning and I feel that meeting the clients personally is very important, this allows me to understand their personality as well as their needs and wishes; it’s also important for the client to know me and feel comfortable calling me for any reason.
I began my own career in the care sector 27 years ago as a care support worker within a Nursing Home and have carried on my career in this field working within General Nursing, Mental Health and Domiciliary care.
I also had the pleasure of Nursing, my mum, for 2 years who suffered from a rare form of Dementia, sadly she has passed away now which has also made me want our carers to give 100% high standards of care in our agency like my mum always received. I would now consider myself an experienced manager having worked in a management role for a number of years. My passion is to manage a service that is a high-quality service that we can all be proud of.
