I was very impressed by the staff whom I met from Radfield Home Care.
They were very professional in managing the business and in building up a trusting relationship with the service user and family through good communication.
But, most importantly, they were thoughtful, kind and considerate in their
provision of care and support.

We are very happy with the care given by Mum's carers. They are kind, thoughtful and competent. They go above and beyond to make her happy and keep her safe and well. Mum is very settled with them and we are comfortable in the knowledge that Mum is eating well and has companionship on the days we aren't
with her. The app is very good (once you manage to get set up on it!). The visit notes on it are very helpful in letting us know how each visit went; what Mum ate, what they did in the way of activities and if there were any problems. We can also see which carer will be visiting in the coming days.

I cannot recommend the agency highly enough. They have greatly supported myself and my mum through an extremely sad and difficult time since my mum had a diagnosis of terminal cancer. The agency is led by an incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional management team and I cannot thank them enough
for the support and care they have given to my mother. With many thanks.

Excellent and so helpful. My mother loved and trusted her carer.
Really recommend this company
The light housework was a relief for me. I was happy to have Smy carer in mine and my mother’s life.
They are so acceptable to last-minute change. When our carer was not available, others come who also
were excellent

My uncle has a great team supporting him which is a huge relief for us as a family. We feel totally comfortable and trust his care givers and they support they give him, they always put his needs first. Definitely a 5-star service.

We were all delighted with the service we received from Home Care. From our initial meeting with the management and the team, everything was very simple but thorough. The director matched the perfect carer for my mum and it all worked out well. If we ever had to cancel, it was never an issue and if
we ever needed extra care, this was also sorted with no problems. I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care The service Home Care provided, was great and will definitely use it again if needed.

Radfield Home Care was retained to provide care for our mum in her own home. The professionalism and dedication of the team were exemplary and went above and beyond what was expected. The team were thoughtful and always communicated back to me if there were any issues or concerns regarding our mum's
well-being. The only reason we stopped the service was because owing to her failing health, our mum needed to be moved to residential care. I cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough - definitely a 12 out of 10!

Care has always been an important part of Po’s life. She has two siblings with autism and as a family has had to rely on Care Professionals to support them. Whilst for the most part they received a high quality service, it was not always the case. Po wants to build a business that would provide a consistently outstanding level of care to older people in the Barnet, & Finchley region.


“I want to make sure I can provide a team to deliver the very best and strive to exceed expectations with each client. I would love to touch the lives of our clients in a really special way.”


Po’s career background has mainly been in people management and she really enjoys working with staff and clients. It’s Po’s mission to create meaningful jobs for people in and around the Barnet area. She wants to build a team of supportive, valued and passionate Care Professionals to provide the best possible care to older people.


“I make sure I treat each client as an individual and create a positive experience for each person and make sure my team feels valued and appreciated.”


Po loves working with people from all walks of life, with a passion for building an inclusive environment for everyone. She worked in Geneva for six years and spent time with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. She believes that her inclusivity will bring a lot of value to Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley.
