The Review Score of 8.7 (8.667) out of 10 for Honorable Care is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.0 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.667 for Honorable Care is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) + (6 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 4.667
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Honorable Care is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Registered Manager

I am passionate about Social Care and providing high-quality domiciliary care to people who live in our communities, and who wish to remain living independently in their own homes where they feel safe and secure in their own familiar surroundings.
I have worked in Social Care for the past eleven years, I started my career as a community care worker, and I progressed to Senior Care Worker. The role of Senior Care Worker was some of the best years of my life, being out in the community making sure that our service users were safe and well and that our care workers were providing the person-centred high-quality care that they deserved and with dignity and respect. This role really made me passionate and driven to provide high-quality Social Care. I progressed quickly to a care coordinator, deputy manager and now a Registered Manager. We value equality and treat all our service users with compassion, and we are committed to delivering consistent quality care.

Rebecca (who likes to be called Becky) is an integral part of Honorable Care's team as our Field Care Supervisor. With over 10 years of experience in health and social care, Becky is a hard-working, compassionate, and caring person. She is always empathetic towards the needs of others, which is why she chose domiciliary care.
We are proud to have Becky on our team as she is very focused and self-motivated, a great team player but can also work alone when the need arises. She can work with little or no supervision and multitask to achieve set targets. Becky has excellent communication and documentation skills. She is knowledgeable in health and safety procedures at work and experienced in looking after the sick and elderly having worked in nursing homes and health centres in the past. Becky's passion for domiciliary care stems from her desire to help others, which is evident in her work as a Field Care Supervisor and Care Coordinator at Honorable Care.
