All the carers were lovely people treating me with compassion and understanding. They were on time and had smashing senses of humour. I needed the services of the company urgently as I had been let down, and the carers started quickly to fill the gap. It was a pleasure to welcome them into my home.

Can not rate them highly enough, carers for my mum are excellent, kind and very good. They arrive on time for visits. Everything has been explained to us by the Manager down to the last details. Definitely recommend.

All staff have been wonderful, very polite and kind to my mum and myself. They are always very cheerful and this makes my mum feel good. They go above and beyond for her and I think the care is brilliant. They are very respectful and retain my mum's dignity when caring for her. Any concerns don't hesitate
to contact me to ensure if there is anything else that can be done. Management are brilliant also, they have sorted out any concern right away and are very easy to talk to and get along with. Fantastic company!

We have never been in the position before of needing carers to look after Mom so it was all a bit daunting and not sure what to expect.
The manager was amazing and put our minds at rest straight away.
The girls looking after Mom have been amazing. Time is impeccable, they are so kind too. Nothing
is too much trouble. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommending homecare.

My wife has been under the care of FirstCall 247 for about 18 months to date. During that time we had many carers both male and female. Without exception, they have all been, very, polite, courteous, considerate, and caring. We would strongly recommend them to anyone who requires care.

Mum had FirstCall 247 carers for about a year.
They were able to provide a service in a relatively rural area where other providers would not visit.
If there was any need to contact the controller at the office, the phone was answered promptly or a quick callback was provided.
Firstcall 247 were
flexible and able to provide additional visits at short notice.
The carers were very gentle and kind and patient, which Mum really appreciated.

Caring, respectful and polite they are fairly punctual, depending on traffic conditions. Take care to listen to your ways of going on with the care you want for your relative. That's enough, not got any more to say.

Care is provided for my adult disabled son, we have been receiving care for a couple of years now and also staff supporting my him during his hospital admission.
He seems happy to see the members of staff, it has taken him a while to adjust and to become comfortable with the staff.
Personal care and
toileting is provided during the day and staff provide walks and trips to the local park. Staff interact with games and movie watching within the home and make meals for him or meals from the local shop while out walking.
My son can at times have challenging behaviours and staff have always remained calm and professional during these times.
Staff are smart, clean and respectful and I know that he is safe with them, yes there has been issues, but these are easily discussed and addressed with management, and are rare.
Medication is given correctly and safely.
Overall care is very good and I'm happy with the care provided.

All of the carers are lovely and are very caring and pleasant to deal with. The carers provide personal care for my dad of which he is happy with. This service enables my dad to stay in his own home which is wonderful!

I live in Australia and engaged care for my mum who was dying of cancer. The 24/7 care was invaluable as I knew Mum was in good hands. I so appreciated the manager and her team’s care of Mum until her passing. Very genuine and authentic carers - happy enough to then set up a similar arrangement for
my disabled brother who has the manager and her team care for him today.
I’m grateful for the care that is provided to my brother as it gives him confidence and independence at the same time - just having someone caring for him when I live in Australia gives me peace of mind. Thank you.
