The team at Samary Care were very responsive, caring and supportive. They were more concerned about my brother's care than time sheets and made great efforts to ensure he got the support he needed, they were very dependable.

From the very start, Samary Care have provided an excellent service and we couldn't be more appreciative of the team for all the help, care and support we have received throughout. The whole team have been excellent and we really appreciate everything they have done for us during this very difficult

I have had a great experience with the carer who was taking care of me since my discharge from the hospital. The carer is very polite and very kind she is always on time which is also reflected in her management. She is very professional and always answers the phone calls when I need her. I am very
pleased with Samary Care services and the support they have offered me.

After a mixed start, due to the NHS discharge team providing incorrect care requirements, my father has received excellent care and been very pleased with the carers themselves. Overseeing personal care and medications, provision of meals and grocery shopping, as a family, we've all been pleased with
everything that has been done for my father. Carers and management are in direct contact with us via group chats so we can discuss any issues quickly.

Friendly and professional. It was good for my dad that he always knew who was coming and had one main carer. Although he was very deaf, they always took time to make themselves understood and left the house clean and tidy.

Samary Care, did a good job in difficult circumstances, My step-mum lives in a village which is off the main Nottingham Bus route, and her carer did a remarkable job under the circumstances as she had to walk nearly 2 miles to the house. The level of care and understanding was very good. Our step-mum
mum who lives alone has lung cancer but the reason for the care package was she had fallen and broken her elbow and was not feeling very confident to look after herself. Her carer was very good in assisting in the short time we had her sorting out meals, helping with personnel care, dressing etc.
The only reason for the short tenure was the complications of my stepmum living in a rural area and the lack of a decent bus servicing the village, as the route given the extreme weather we have had has been delayed or diverted for one reason or another. Overall excellent service was provided.
