I have been working within the Care Industry for over 15 years now. My previous roles have included Registered Homecare Manager, Coordinator and Field Supervisor. During passed inspections, I have always gained a ‘good rating’ in all the branches I have worked in. In 2019 I completed a Level 5 Diploma. Over the years I have won compliance awards and have come runner up for a Registered Manager award.
I have two Boys Harry 17 and Charlie 11 and a cockapoo called Reggie. When I’m not busy working I enjoy spending all my time with my family and friends. I have been a coordinator for care, still attending care calls alongside this job.
I have now moved to recruitment as I feel I have all the knowledge needed to recognise a worthy carer. I’m still attending care calls as I really don’t think I could ever stop caring for others.
