Every single one of the carers are both polite and extremely caring for my wife.
I find the app system very useful and detailed even though the need to insert the person's family name is somewhat pointless when it is at the bottom of the access form.

An assessment review of my mum's care package took place today. Discussed what care she currently receives and whether this is still adequate or whether needs to be increased/changed. The assessor was very professional going through all the details of the package and asking Mum if any issues with any
elements of care or any individual attending. Mum expressed satisfaction with the care received and praised all individual carers who have visited her for their kindness and pleasant attitude when attending.

The carers I have had for many months have been kind, courteous, and very pleasant. Some do their job better than others but on the whole, they do a good job and are very respectful.

I have found my carers respectful and cheerful when caring for me.
They listen to my requests and are happy to carry them out.
The timing of calls is generally ok, I appreciate if other clients have an emergency call that maybe delayed.
Carers usually let me know if there is a delay which is helpful.

Absolutely shocking company! They leave rotting food in my mother's fridge then feed it to her, she can't walk to check dates so the carers should be doing this but they do not! They leave her bungalow an absolute mess, they refuse to do their jobs. They have even left her with not being fed her lunch
and tea on some days because the carer is running late. They don't help her wash properly. I wouldn't let them look after rats! Shocking, absolutely shocking!

Not always on time especially in the morning and the evening. Sometimes tasks I ask for and can't do myself because I am disabled, I can't wash without a frame, especially like turning the light on is not fulfilled. Checking the fridge for food out of date, sometimes leaving the fridge and freezer door
open. Not all carers are like this, there are some very helpful ones.

So lovely to see one of the carers again we have missed her, such a pleasant caring young lady and my daughter has really taken to her. When I've had to speak to SNE they have been helpful and listened to what I had to say.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly, always inform me if running late and always ask how my mum is. If anything needs doing before they leave.
If anything maybe come a bit early on an evening, especially in summer but I understand needs to fit in with rota.

SNE Care ladies are always cheerful, kind, considerate, very efficient, & helpful. They treat the patient with respect & always are aware of protecting her dignity. When our road was closed overnight for several weeks, the visiting ladies altered the last time they came each day by 2 hours to ensure
the patient was still properly prepared for bed. They have also on occasion alerted us to symptoms which needed medical care from various health professionals. After each visit, the ladies write a record of what they have done. This means the next carers who attend, if different, are always up-to-date on the patient's current needs and challenges. Twice when the patient has returned from the hospital with little warning, the local management team have ensured their ladies have swiftly arrived to help settle her back home.
We feel the company provides excellent value for the full fees. We would recommend/have recommended SNE Care to all health professionals we've encountered.

Always polite, kind, friendly and took my son's interest as a priority. The carers were never late and were helpful with other duties in the house. My son always seemed to feel comfortable in the carer's company.

SNE Care were fabulous, we couldn’t recommend them enough. The staff were very compassionate, respectful and caring towards my late mother. They offered a full package of care for morning, afternoon and nighttime calls. My mother responded well to them and she especially liked her carer and another

During the period of July 2022 to October 2023, the carers came to look after my mum 3 times a day. They have been amazing during this time, they were always patient, very kind and friendly and made sure my mum was always at ease as she was usually confused. We are very grateful for all of their help.
They made my dad's and my life caring for my mum so much easier. They deserve so much for all the help. Caring is a hard job emotionally and physically. A massive thank you to you all. One thing I would suggest would be a little more training with new staff on certain things like hoists and ceiling track hoists. Thank you again.

Excellent service by fantastic people.
Both myself and my family feel reassured that our dad is in safe hands.
They proactively fix problems, such as medication running out and each of them always communicates with us whenever necessary.
The company provides live reports if we need to monitor normal
visits, which is excellent.
They have eased the pain and anguish we were experiencing before we started the services.

I am writing on behalf of my father and family to say what a fantastic service your team of carers are providing for my father.
Given the existing challenges faced by the healthcare system, I wanted to provide some feedback to you about how every interaction that we receive from SNE has been extremely
positive. The team are always attentive and arrive with a refreshing, positive attitude, which immediately places you at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. The level of care, compassion and support that the carers are providing, must be acknowledged and the fact that they are consistently arriving before 7 am each morning, and for the midday and evening sessions, there is never an occasion where they have been late or failed to attend. I would not hesitate to recommend SNE care to anyone looking for home care, and I have already commented on how impressed I am with other stakeholders within the care system.

Since starting my first care job at the age of 18, I knew that it was a great passion of mine, giving back to others gave me a great sense of fulfilment. Over the years I have worked out in the community and care homes, I quickly realised that caring for individuals in their own homes was where I wanted to be and was much more person-centred. I started working at SNE Care Services in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant and progressed to Operations Manager and then on to my current role as Registered Manager, something I am very proud of. I take great pride in making SNE Care the best and have great determination and ambition to continually improve and develop SNE Care. I am also a qualified trainer in Moving and Handling, Dementia Care and Medication Management. I can 100% say with a big smile on my face that every day I wake up and cannot wait to come to work and see what the day brings.
